Advanced Roofing has been our choice for roof replacement and repair for over 20 years. We first chose Advance Roofing when we replaced our original shake roof, and their team did a superb job installing an exacting shingle pattern on a difficult roof design, and completed the job within a narrow time window. When a tree fall recently required that roof’s replacement, we insisted that our restoration contractor engage Advanced Roofing for the roof and gutter replacement. Fortunately the tree missed the motorized skylight they installed several years ago. Our most recent project was the construction of two 2nd-floor decks, which Advanced Roofing built, again in a tight timeframe, to exceptional results and continuing complements.

The aged roof on my previous home needed replacement in time to sell. Met with a few roofing companies. Advanced presented the plan (dates/materials/costs) in 45 minutes and then met or exceeded all metrics. The crew were professionals and my home was clean and secure each evening.

4 years later my new home was storm damaged. I called again and damned if they didn't do it AGAIN.

Adavnced Roofing repalced our roof after a storm caused damage. They Showed up quickly gave a estimate to our insurance company and had our roof replaced in no time. I was impressed with the quality of the work and feel safe with our new roof. The installers were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves perfectly.

Roof was repaired 6 years ago.
I purchased the home 5 years ago. Mainly because the roof was recently repaired.
I had multiple inspections done. Found the chimney flashing to be inadequate, was required to repair it before purchase. Delivered an invoice saying the repair had be completed. However they just spray foam around the seal. Not water tight.
I've had another inspection done and black mold is located throughout the roof from using exposed nails and not correctly sealing the chimney flashing or properly venting the roof.
Owner refuses to honor the warranty because they were not notified of sale and have a full inspection done. When the were notified of new purchase.
Theres to many other companies that would do a better job or own their mistakes.

Berke is amazing. Berke's crew is amazing. They gave us a great price, they gave us great customer service, and they did a great job. The crew was punctual, so communicative and responsive, and really kind. They kept the job site very clean, they kept me informed through the whole process, and they left me with a gorgeous roof. This is the best roofing experience I have had in my 11 years in property management, and I intend on using them on the next 10 roofs over the next 3 years!

This company did an extraordinary job of fixing the roof of my grandmothers home when she was in great danger. The roof was on the verge of collapsing and this company came to save the day. The staff were all very respectful and knew what they were doing.
