Gave them the measurements for a door for a metal building. I was told they had the door, and it was a STOCK item. The door we were sold did NOT match the measurements. Tried to return the door, receipt in hand, and was flatly told "no". Attempted to speak with someone higher up the chain, no answer, left voicemail, no response. I've used them for at least 2 buildings in the past, but never again. Taking my business elsewhere.

Absolute garbage place to work l worked there two years of my life did my best found a job with better Opportunity Put two weeks in they cussed me out the door like I didn’t matter I’m glad they let me go. I’m making triple the money now Pinnicle was holding me back.
