I do not recommend this company. They installed vinyl siding and gutters on my house around March 2022. Since then siding and facia has come loose in multiple spots, gutter downspout was never completed correctly, a portion of soffit was installed that wouldn't allow my screen door to open, I finally had to fix this myself after they attempted a repair that let the door open half way. I have made some siding repairs myself, but there are some still in need of repair. After work was completed I picked up a bucket full of trash, nails, and cigarette butts around the house and in the driveway. I have called once or twice a month for about 5 months in a row to have repairs made, nobody has ever showed up. Last call I made was to Martin, he told me to text my address and list the repairs and he would send someone out, that was two months ago, no one came out. I understand that there may be some repairs needed after this work is done, but stand by the warranty that was promised. I would say spend a little more money and hire a higher quality more professional contractor.

I'm shocked this business has any positive reviews. I had Pinnacle install vinyl siding on my house a year ago and several sections 10-foot sections fell off due to not being installed correctly. I called and left several messages, and they would never return my calls. My advice is if you value your money and your home, look elsewhere.

Had my roof replaced for insurance purposes. They did a great job overall. However, a leak happened during roof replacement and no one has been out to look at the damage on ceiling in master bedroom. He said he would go look when he had a chance. Nobody has been to the house yet. I've called, texted, and no response. The same thing happened when I asked for another invoice. $20,000 is a lot of money to pay a company to ignore you.
