They replaced four skylights in my house and did an excellent job. The work crew was courteous, efficient, did a good job cleaning up after their work was complete and the company as a whole was a pleasure to work with.

I'm very pleased with the installation of a new skylight in the master bathroom. Through the process, from quote to installation, Scott and Joseph were thorough and professional, answering questions and providing advise. They also have a great crew to do the job. The estimate was also very reasonable considering they are a Velux-authorized installer. Highly recommended!

Scott’s team even installed some very nice finish trim on the inside which made the skylights look perfect. Would throughly recommend Pinnacle. Pinnacle made the project at our condo very easy. Three other contractors looked at the job and presented us with terribly prepared quotes without photos, options for shingle type, or colors. Matt took an abundance of photos and prepared the quote very clearly with notations and suggestions for which shingle best withstands heavy winds. The pricing was the lowest and they were ready to start relatively quickly. The job took one day! It was impressive. Finally, Scott (the owner) was on-site to check on progress and address questions. Truly a great experience with Pinnacle.

Joseph was very knowledgable about the different skylight options. He explained things clearly and patiently with us and was very easy to work with. Pinnacle did an excellent job helping us with our roof repair. A 65 foot tree fell on our house, damaging our roof. They responded immediately, surveying the damage, and explaining the repair process. Whenever we needed information they responded promptly. Our roof, and new skylights look great!

Scott, of Pinnacle Roofing, oversaw the installation of sun tunnels in our home. We are thrilled with the result of bringing in so much natural light to previously dark spaces. Everything completed in one day with a very professional crew. Very satisfied.....

Just had three skylights replaced today. Scott, Joseph and team did an excellent job. Skylights delivered mid morning, install began after lunch and dumpster arrived an hour or two later. Scott and Joe left at 7:15 after making sure glass was perfectly clean inside and out. They left the place neat and tidy. Before, during and after install photos were taken and a link provided to download them.
Pleased with the job and thoroughly recommend them. Plus less expensive than our local installer.

The crew was very dedicated, very conscientious, once the job was done they cleaned the entire construction site. Very very impressed with the entire process. I will recommend them to my friends and family for sure.

Pinnacle Roofing did an excellent job replacing my roof this week. I gathered 4 quotes before choosing Pinnacle. There was no pressure at all. Not only was Pinnacle’s quote the lowest, but it included more extras than the other 3 roofing companies. Scott Olsen was an excellent communicator and a hands-on boss who made many trips up and down the ladder before and during the project. His team arrived exactly on time and worked very hard and efficiently on my home. There were no hidden costs or surprises. I highly recommend this company!

The purchase & installation of my skylights was done in a timely, clean & professional manner. Scott & his staff were insightful w/an abundance of knowledge concerning my Velux skylights & roof shingle maintenance in general. I plan on hiring them again to replace the remainder of my skylights!

I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing. They recently replaced three existing skylights with new Velux solar-powered skylights and repaired the chimney flashing at my home in Providence. Scott, the project manager, provided a detailed proposal with different options and took the time to explain them all and to answer my questions. Both he and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, responsive and on schedule. Overall a very positive experience.

When it rained I could hear water hitting the ceiling in my second bathroom. After several weeks I noticed mold developing. The only hole in the roof at that point was the vent pipe. I called Pinnacle after talking with my neighbor who just had his roof done by Pinnacle. The first day they couldn't get to me, but Matt DeRose was able to stop in the next day and installed new seals on the vent pipes. He was very professional and quick. He repaired both vents and took some photos of possible future issues, which were extremely helpful. Being 76 yrs old I only wish they did Senior Discounts and/or Veterans Discounts, because trying to live on Social Security alone does not leave much wiggle room.

Pinnacle’s crew did a wonderful job on the flat roof of our sun parlor. The white membrane was a special order. The crew worked in “stocking feet” as they applied the “full adhesion” cement to the substrate and the membrane. I waited for the rain on 6/24/23 before writing this review. Pinnacle’s work restored the gentle slope of the roof to the wooden gutters of this 1928 gambrel colonial. Kudos also to the gentleman who delivered the dumpster!

We were very pleased with installation of our new roof. It looks great. It included the roof over the deck and the roof on our shed, They made the repairs that were needed and ensured all the previous leak points were correctly handled. The team was very efficient and they cleaned as they worked. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing work on a roof.

My roof and chimney were repaired today by Pinnacle. Everything went great from the initial inspection to the completion of the job. After meeting Scott I could tell he was a person of integrity. He inspected the roof, diagnosed the leak, and had an estimate for me within days. The work was completed today and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Scott and the Pinnacle team are great to work with. We had roof damage from a windstorm in 2020 and Scott worked with us to replace our older roof (covered by a claim). Scott worked patiently with our very backlogged insurance adjustor to make this happen. Scott and his team recently came by to make a minor adjustment to our gutters post roof installation at our request. Overall fantastic quality work, service and follow through. I'd recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking for a new roof, if you have damage from a storm Scott can help you with the claim process.

I have flipped 8 houses since 2010 and have hired dozens of subcontractors. Pinnacle is the best company I have hired in all those years. I spent the entire summer looking for a roofer. Getting one to return a call is an achievement. Scott the owner answers the phone every time. I contacted him finally in the beginning of October and two weeks later I had a new roof. Bought a new house with what looked like a roof issue. After calling the company whom the previous owner said installed the roof six months prior --five times over the span of two weeks -- and receiving no response, I reached out to Pinnacle. Scott O immediately scheduled an appointment with me, and arrived promptly the next day. Giving my roof a full inspection, he explained to me clearly and concisely why the roof was actually in fine condition and why the problem I was seeing was merely cosmetic. Despite my offering payment for his time and professional inspection, Scott wouldn't accept anything in return.

Obviously not all, but there are many unscrupulous roofers out there. The one who installed my roof wouldn't even bother to return my calls. Many roofers would have tried to up-sell a new roof or at least indicate some sort of problem to an otherwise unknowledgeable new homeowner like myself. But Pinnacle - whose response was immediate, professional, thorough, and very kind -- did what was right, saving me potentially thousands of dollars on an unnecessary repair. Because of that have earned a lifelong customer in me.

Good overall experience. A fair and well explained proposal. A willingness to work with my builders schedule on interior work. 1 day quality job with a good clean up. My only small nit was a lack of communication a week before the project started, but later learned that the foreman on the project was ill. He more than made up for it after he recovered.
