Pinnacle Roofing Company was great and efficient in replacing our 9 year old roof. That 9 year old roof was installed by State and was still performing as intended, but needed replaced to sell our home. George was great in responding to our request and the team did an amazing job replacing the roof and cleaning up afterwards.

Called to make an appointment to assess a leak in my roof, and asked when they had availability. They said they had technicians available for the same day, which was great. I booked for later in the afternoon, and then received a call about an hour later saying, they could only honor my appointment if I signed up for a yearly 'priority member' status of $149/yr. If I did not sign up, they could not honor the appointment that was already scheduled, and it would have to be moved out days/weeks behind priority members. If they had just given me that transparency up front, it would be fine as I could decline and move on. I would personally not pay $149 for priority status with a service I have never used, but to threaten my appointment that was already booked, after the fact, makes it unacceptable.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing Company to anyone looking for a new roof or repairs. All the employees are skilled, professional and polite. They provided an accurate estimate and the scheduled time was honored. They go out of their way to make sure your are satisfied. Great experience.

The serviceman who came to do the roof raking and de-icing was polite, well informed and highly skilled.He was quick and efficient too. He did a great job cleaning the roof and making sure I was satisfied withe the work. I recommend Pinnacle Roofing Company!!

We were so impressed by the level of service and quality of work that we got from Pinnacle Roofing Company when they came to replace the shingles on my roof early this year. The quote they gave us was cheaper and very competitive. My roof now is still fine and in great shape. Would recommended to friends and neighbors without hesitation as I have already done so to some.

A tree fell on our roof and the back part was destroyed and had to be replaced. These guys came in real quick after I contacted them, and did a fantastic job.The roof looks great better than it was originally and they did it in a timely manner. We didn't have to worry about doing any cleaning after they were done. The took care of all the cleaning. And the communication was also very great. I would not hesitate recommending this business to anyone I know.
