Pinnacle did a really good job on my father-in-law’s house it’s look awesome but when they was put up the siding I think they hit a wire to the outlet on the front porch and we called 3-4 times to let them know and they said they’ll send somebody but nobody hasn’t showed up to inspect it that’s the only complaint I have with the job

My wife and I had Pinnacle out for a window estimate. We were a little nervous being on a fixed income. Timothy Woods was great. He came to our home on the 4th of July. He could have been home with his family instead of working. We had Lowes come out before Pinnacle. There was no comparison! The value in Pinnacle's windows verses the economy window Lowe's showed us didn't compare! The warranty is also exceptional compared to what Lowes had to offer. I love my new windows! They did a great job with installation, moving anything I couldn't move, taking down blinds and rehanging them. The views are so clear even through the screens.

I called ro see if they could give me a quote on my deteriorating chimney. I was told they don't do that type of exterior work. No big deal, I called someone else to quote me. My problem with Pinnacle is , I have received 3 hang up calls today from "Pinnacle Home". So how did my number end up on, what appears to be, a spam call list??

The men were very friendly and very fast. We had 17 very old windows replaced they started about 8:30 and were done by 3 they removed all the old windows and didn't even break any put the new ones in and cleaned them inside and out and even vacuumed the floors. They are very professional and , I would highly recommend them to anyone

Very happy with 10 new double hung windows. They open and close easily, and fit perfectly. The outside trim color is what the HOA demands and the inside is white. The screens are being reordered for possibly a better fit.
The sales people are knowledgeable and helped make the financing easy.
Installation took 5-6 hours and the crew was careful and didn’t leave any debris. They came back and cleaned all the windows a second because there were some streaks missed first time.
I really like the lifetime warranty—many people in my neighborhood have said that when their windows are broken by a golf ball or a stone thrown by leaf blower they have to pay to have it fixed. Pinnacle says that kind of damage is covered.

I had the opportunity to meet Chris with Pinnacle Home Improvement. I must say he explained everything so I could understand it all. We had an absolutely great experience with getting the windows. Rowland talked options with us and really explained a pretty deep dive into the world of windows. No pressure from him but very informative and easy to talk with. There was great communication from the time we signed the agreement and through the installation. Installation was awesome, the crew put in a full days work and on a pretty cold day as well. All in all we couldn’t be happier.
