Our roof had been hit hard after a hail storm. Zach and New American Home Improvement took a look at our roof, made the process easy to understand, and worked with our insurance to get approval for a new roof and gutters.

Nekos manager called him so he decided to call me and got extremely disrespectful. Called me a “tough guy” and a “liar” after admitting he saw the signs. If he calls me again or steps foot on my property I’m calling the cops.

Also my wife got a notification someone was at the door from the ring door bell camera so I misspoke about the door bell being rang. Regardless, you still solicited after seeing the signage and caused my wife to come to the door.

It’s insane how Neko could call me being so extremely hostile after being called out. Take it on the chin and change your practice.

Ethan from New American Home Improvement reached out to me about possible storm damage to my roof. I was not sure I would have any since my roof was only 10 years old, but thankfully he came to look for me. I ended up having hail damage to my roof, gutters and fascia. He was able to right up information and get things rolling with my Insurance. It gave me peace of mind to have someone handle all the paperwork. But the biggest peace of mind came, unknowingly, when he told me exactly what the legal process was and what is and is not ok to happen next. I was heading out of town the same day. While I was gone, all of a sudden without an appointment, a phone call or any notice, an unidentified person was up on my roof. My teenage daughter was sleeping and called me in a panic. I called Ethan immediately to find out if it was an adjuster from his company or the insurance and he immediately took action to find out. It was not from his company so he came over immediately to my property to see what was going on. I called my Insurance company and they also said it was not their adjuster, so I had my daughter call the police to make a report. Ethan came over and stayed until the police came to talk to my daughter incase they had questions. He also went up on the roof to recheck what, if anything had been done up there. He then re-contacted me to update me on what he found and that the police had taken down the info. I was on the phone on and off with my daughter and Ethan the whole time and this gave me and my daughter Great peace of mind during this whole unplanned part of the process! I have been driving by this place for 2 years it opened and they bought maybe 10-20 brand new ford f150 trucks decked out and stickered with there logo.In the 2 years i have not see 1 customer go into this place its extremely suspicious looking.All i see is a big party bus on the side snow mobiles inside the only time i ever seen a garage door open strange also.No business being conducted ever that i see.Seems like a money laundering business how can you make money if your trucks never leave the lot they are always there.I see at least 1 new car they by a cadillac escalade -a bmw a charger always a new car out front.I assume it opened and was a storm chaser place but see no body working out of it or customers going in im sure it will close down soon now.

New American Home Improvement did a great job on replacing my roof and siding. Marty, Aron, and the rest of the team were great to work with. They made the process easy and painless. The project was completed quickly.

Think twice before you do business with this company. Even when they commit to you (in writing), the go back on their word. Over 7 months of back and forth saying they will take care of the problems and that the purchased the supplies to fix the issues, Aron says he denies saying those things or putting it in writing.

Additionally, after they do their work, they do not clean the surrounding area properly. Hundreds of nails in the road where they were throwing away materials...…neighbors were openly concerned about their vehicles.

To the owner – thank you for addressing this and your response.

There appears to be a few details that may have been omitted from your conversation with the production manager. This was originally brought to his attention and discussed mid-August 2023. My first question to you would be, IF this was not covered, why wouldn’t he say that this is not your responsibility at that time?

When I then followed-up with him asking for an update I received, “Yessir, I ordered the supplies for the foreman, he was supposed to schedule to come out.” My question, after receiving this message, why should I have doubted this work was going to happen? If the messaging was we are not assuming this responsibility, why would he tell me the supplies were ordered?

In December I did stop in your office and had a conversation with the production manager and did say at that time, a squirrel was now in fact in the soffit. After some back and forth, your production manager, stated that if I were to take the responsibility of removing the squirrel, he would fix the soffit. He did want me to ask the pest control company was this just and issue caused by the squirrel, was this a building construction issue, or could this have been done when the siding / roofing was done. He reiterated again that he would fix the problem but would like to receive clarity on why this occurred. Yesterday, when I tried to share this with him on our call, he said “he didn’t care.” Lastly, if this is something that as you said, is not your responsibility, why would the production manager care that a pest control company was coming out to remove the rodent if you had no intention of doing anything with this? While I understand your point, seems like this should have been addressed in August when this was originally brought to your attention.

While I appreciate your message and the fact that you are standing by your employee, the fact is this wouldn’t have occurred if the production manager was honest from the get-go and didn’t lead me down this path since August. Even yesterday when I sent him a text, he had the opportunity to say, “This is not our responsibility to fix.” Yesterday, when the gentleman showed up at my house and said to me “this is not our responsibility”, I said and wanted to show him (again in writing) what the production manager said, he looked at me like I had a third eye. The production manager either put this guy in a non-favorable position, or he said, “don’t worry, I’ll be the bad guy.”

If this was a one-time thing, and I am just on the end of a bad luck scenario, then maybe this becomes a coaching opportunity for you to have with your production manager. I guess the alternative is (and certainly hope that it is not), this has happened to other New American Home Improvement clients and may happen to future ones. No matter what that answer is, it still ended with a bad customer experience.

Had to have house resided after hailstorm (unable to match old damaged aluminum siding. NAHI was great to work with, from first contact with Marty through completion and final invoicing. They stripped and resided the entire house in one day and NAHI took care of all dealings with insurance company. Very happy and highly recommend!

Over a year ago we started looking for a company that would repair or replace our fascia, gutters and soffits on our house. Our builder used an unusual brand and we found it extremely difficult to find a company that would first come out and look at our home, to show up for a quote or return our calls. New American Home Improvement promptly returned our call, showed up on time, helped with our insurance company and did a fabulous job!!! New American Home Improvement's Public Adjuster, Sam, worked closely with our insurance company regarding our insurance claim, which was seamless. Aron worked with the City to obtain the permits and provided great customer service the entire process and was very responsive. The subcontracted roof crew removed the old roof and replaced it with the new one, all in one day. The crew was great ~ On time, very professional, courteous and did a thorough clean up. Gutters were replaced within 2 weeks of the roof replacement. Our new roof looks great.

It is hard to write a harsh review, but my experience here has not been satisfactory. I had roof done in August 2022. I signed for roof only. After I did, I decided I wanted gutters. They created a "retail" and said I had 280 linear ft. I signed that.

The insurance estimate came back with roof damage, window damage, door damage, siding damage and gutter damage (107 feet)

When the final bill came they credited me for the window, door and siding, but not the 107 feet of gutter. I only got 280 linear feet which I am happy to pay for, but not 387 feet.

Every few months they call, and cannot send a correct bill. In fact, these guys then went back to the insurance company because they forgot stuff, and on that they made an assertion that the adjuster said they wanted the whole gutters replaced, and the number they gave the insurance company was 280 feet.

They seem to have some staffing problems in the back office, which may be contributing to this issue.

bottom line -- the subcontractors did a decent job, but if your insurance only prorates your roof, I would go with another contractor.

Chad and his wife bent over backwards to push are claim through and do what we desired. There current staff was good to work with. I would definitely use them again

Most awesome and easy company to dealt with when it comes to fighting and processing my claims against the insurance company that denied me of my repairs needed brought by bad weathers( wind and hail damages ) !

From the day they knocked on my door to offer the service of the roof, the kind manner of the agent was very friendly, immediately from there the process with the customer service was fast in all the questions I had. I was present during the installation of the roof, it was a very professional and respectful service, they cleaned everything at the end of the job, I highly recommend it.

This review is more on the public adjuster that they assigned to me but I can't help and not say that it's a reflection on the company itself either. They came to our neighborhood after we had a hail storm here in St. Charles back in October. Ralph, their neighborhood rep(no longer works for the company) came and gave us the run down and we decided to secure their services. They said we have a great public adjuster. State Farm came out and our PA also came out, Took pictures and then that is where it all went down hill from there. After inspection, State Farm said they would only cover metals on the roof and some shingles. I emailed our PA 10/20 telling him we received our estimate and that is showed $0 dollars and what should I do. I heard nothing back. Called the next day but I couldn't get a hold of him. Emailed again on 10/26 after getting a phone call from state farm on 10/23 stating they are just denying everything. Last email I sent was on 11/1 advising the PA that since I hadn't heard anything back and our claim was denied...our contract was then void. Still haven't heard back from him or anyone from NAHI. I've secured a new roofing company and they are picking up where NAHI ghosted me.

I strongly suggest hiring New American Home Improvement! i was not looking forward to having my roof replaced, but New American made it effortless for me. They were able to start and complete the job the same day, with no trash or mess for me to worry about! It was seemless, easy, and extremely professional.
