Pineda’s Roofing

I want to thoroughly recommend Pineda’s Roofing. My experience with them was exceptional. I had a few roof shingles blown off in a storm, as did one of my neighbors. I asked my neighbor who she got to do her repair job and she, thankfully, gave me the name and number for Pineda’s Roofing. I hadn’t realized it at the time but by the time I called them, it was already 6pm. Roberto answered the call, reviewed the problem via a picture sent by text, gave me an estimate, and offered to come out first thing THE NEXT MORNING! Other companies either didn’t respond for days or couldn’t get out to us for several days (with rain coming within that time). Roberto sent a message at the time he had set for arrival, letting me know that he'd be there in 5 minutes. He and his dad had a set of shingles, closely matching mine, on the truck and within a few minutes had done the repair (including sealing the shingles since the weather was still chilly), inspected the whole roof, took a set of pictures of his findings, and told me his assessment. I found him to be friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. Within a few days, he sent the pictures of the roof and a paid invoice. He also provided me with referrals for some other work that I needed done. All in all, it was one of my best experiences with someone in the construction industry.

I called upon Pineda's Roofing for siding work and everything went extremely well. I was impressed with the customer service/communication, professionalism, and quality of work. I highly recommend them for your siding work (in addition to roofing work).

I really appreciate the effort Pineda's roofing on taking care of our needs. Prices inline with other companies. Response time was way better than the other companies that I was considering. Communication was key explained everything and answered all my questions Turnaround from my ok and paying deposit to getting work done was in days not weeks. Even when discovered extra work not planned they didn't say we need more money because of this, they just informed me and took care of it. I even went on roof to inspect the work, outstanding removal of the old roof and repairs they were doing! My husband was worried about clean up i felt they did 99% on that. Can't fault them missing a little peace here and there. All trash was removed and the boss was there and inspected the work throughout the process and took pictures for me. Upon final inspection I had one question and was resolved in matter of minutes. The employees dooing the work were respectful and hard working. And I have other repairs on home and they recommended companys that they trust and worked along side. Things I noticed right away my upstairs is not as cold because of the material that they use to explain simply, usually its plywood and then roofing paper but they also installed sheets several inches thick not shure what to call them, that protect the plywood help with insulation of heat and cold they can explain better. And thicker graid of roofing paper.

Pineda's did a wonderful job with installing our new roof. They were timely, efficient, hard working, and thorough. Their estimate and cost was substantially lower than other companies we looked into. They handled the entire job, which included replacing rotten wood, installing all new lifetime shingles, and installing all new gutters, with the utmost professionalism. We are more than satisfied with all the work they performed, and highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work. You will not be disappointed!

Roberto is the MAN! Excellent customer service, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and an all around great guy! He was patient in explaining everything about what was going on with my roof. We went up top and he explained to me exactly what may have been causing my leak and made recommendations. He even provided a tarp and sealed some flashing around vents all during the inspection. Looking to choose these guys for installation of the new roof soon and will update this review!

We contacted Pineda’s roofing when we noticed we had a leak in our roof. They responded quickly and were easy to communicate with. They were professional, punctual, and very respectful. I’m glad to have contacted them when I needed them as they provide great quality work and left my front and back yard impeccably clean! Their work quality shows that they care for their customers! If I could give them a higher rating I would for their hard work, quality, and customer service. I 100 % recommend them to anyone that is looking for roof and gutter work. I’m definitely contacting them in the future!
