Josh Roseman and his PineBuilt Construction team recently completed a wonderful remodel/update of our home, and every single space of this house (inside and out) benefited from their professional expertise and skilled tradesmanship. Highlights included designing and building a new covered outdoor entertainment area; remodeling primary bath/closet and front entry way; and updating the kitchen, laundry, family room, secondary baths, garage, and more-- all done to high standards, in a timely fashion, and with a consistently positive, can-do attitude. Josh is an excellent communicator, creative problem solver, and knowledgeable contractor who kept us well informed, responded promptly to any and all questions, and genuinely lives his faithful work ethic of "treating every home and family as he'd treat his own." I would use PineBuilt Construction again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great job done by a great team!

Josh and his team at PineBuilt Construction did an outstanding job on our new screened in porch addition. He took our vision and made it a reality. Very high level of craftmanship all around. We would highly recommend them for any sized project! The pic I posted was prior to final screens going in but we love the space!!

Couldn't be more pleased with Josh and all of his crews at their professional experience and the work that they did in putting an addition on my daughters house. The price, cost & materials that they used were top grade and cleanup was done best. They are the best!
