We recently had Gary and his crew complete some work at our house in Athol and we could not recommend him enough. Gary and Mitch took down a few walls which separated the kitchen, dining room, and living room in an effort to help create more of an “open concept” first floor. The result? A completely transformed house, thanks to Gary’s meticulous craftsmanship! His attention to detail throughout the whole process - from making sure that furniture/floors/etc. were protected while working during the day and cleaned before leaving at night, to going out of his way to find the perfect piece of reclaimed heart pine from a specialty lumber store in order to make a custom 14-foot threshold, all the way to ensuring that the casing and molding he fabricated/installed matched what was already found throughout the rest of our house - was so, so appreciated, and far exceeded our every expectation. Gary was also always prompt, quick to respond to any questions, enlisted great sub-contractors, and very fair in his quote. We are extremely lucky to have found a great contractor in the area and there’s no question we’ll use him again in the future!

Gary has done 2 projects for us and he has proven to be one of the most outstanding, professional builders I have come across. His quote was fair and timely. Expectations were set and his follow through was amazing. His subs were also at the same standard. He is hardworking and always has a positive attitude and a smile on his face. He kept on target and always included us in any decisions he needed made. The finish product was beyond our dreams. I will not hesitate to hire him again for our future projects.

Pierce Building & Repair -- worked on a couple of projects in our home in Holden, MA. He turned our basement into a finished in-law apartment with a full bathroom & laundry room. They also repaired & re-painted our back deck.
We were extremely satisfied with their work ethics & quality of work. We definitely will re-use them again for our future projects.
