WOW, can't say enough good things about Piedmont Stone. The entire staff is so helpful and willing to help. The forklift operators and those in the office are all very nice folks. Apparently they have any kind of stone you may be looking for, 'HUGE INVENTORY'.

The team was very professional. They were prompt, efficient and competent. The repain work was beautiful. You can't tell the repair from the original stone work. They protected our property and were respectful in every way. Their cost was very reasonable. Piedmont Stone was a joy to work with.

After having draft issues due to chimney being originally construct below top ridge of roof, we got an 8’ chimney extension. New part matched perfect. Feel like I have a new chimney. All draft issues fixed. Now I can burn all day in high wind. Big thanks to these guys for fixing it. Crew chief was awesome and addressed all my questions/concerns. Quality craftsmanship! Piedmont Stone removed and then replaced stone on the front of our house in connection with a roofing job. They were very careful and did a beautiful job.

We have used Piedmont Stone on multiple projects and just finished a new foundation at Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia. The quality of workmanship by Joey and his crew was that of a craftsman. After cleanup, you couldn’t tell they had been on the property. They left it better than they found it. Job was started when Keith said it would and he was helpful with correct rock style for the job. We couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend!!

Our experience with Piedmont Stone was amazing! We started working with another company with gas logs and we had planned to use them for adding stone to our fireplace as well. Once they got their money, they were done with us….We turned to Piedmont Stone. Thomas was able to come out the day we called them for a quote. Quote was emailed that night. Stone was installed the next week. Ryan, our stonemason, was amazing. Very kind, respectful and very neat. He cleaned and straightened each evening before he left each day. After having our livingroom was remodeled this was the neatest any contractor had left our house since September. If you are looking for any stone or stonework START at Piedmont Stone!

Very helpful and knowledgeable on picking out stone for our home. Took time to show pictures of recent jobs they have done on the rock we picked out.

We contacted Piedmont Stone to see if they could rebuild our chimney, which was simply 2x4’s covered by cracked and faded cedar siding. Years ago, Creative Stone of Stokes had covered much of our home with cast stone, which we loved. Piedmont was able to source new cast stone from the original molds, matching our earlier job very closely! The crew (Joey, Jeremiah and Nathan) did a fantastic job! As you can see in these photos, it was a challenging job site, and weather too! We could not be more pleased; the pictures tell the story!

Our experience with Piedmont Stone was very positive. All members from Joe who came first to inspect and talk with us about our chimney repair to Joey and his crew who did the work were extremely thorough and determined to fix our chimney leak. This was a very difficult job due to the location of our chimney and we had several attempts for other companies to stop the leak before contacting Piedmont Stone. They also assured that if this did not fix it, they would come back and work on it again.We were very pleased with all phases of this work.

Outstanding service beginning at the front desk with a lady that really does care about the customer all the way to the service from the individuals the field. Making sure you find to get what you want. Multiple purchases from them very quick to deliver and very meticulous in their work. Will be dealing with them more in the future.

100% recommend Piedmont Stone. We are building a new construction custom home and used piedmont stone for manufactured stone on our exterior as well as for our fireplace and it turned out beautiful. Keith was amazing to work with. Excellent communication. Any time I had questions Keith would respond to texts, emails, or phone calls immediately or within an hour or so. The stone masons were reliable and showed up everyday and worked all day consistently and quickly. The entire process for getting the stone work completed has been one of the easiest parts of this entire build thanks to Keith and his team at Piedmont Stone. Pricing was also very reasonable and Keith was extremely helpful in finding ways to stay close to the budget.

Piedmont stone did a great job replacing multiple broken manufactured stone caps with natural stone caps. The quality was excellent and price was fair especially for how long it took them to make sure it was done right. They kept me in the loop about when they were going to be onsite and when there would be delays. Would hire again.

We recently did a large front porch project where we upgraded our full-length front porch from wood to concrete. When we tore the old porch down, we damaged several pieces of stone from the front of our home. Piedmont Stone had done the original work years ago and so we asked them if they could repair it. They did. They were able to get the work done with in a couple of weeks and worked with us on the price since the work was minimal. Very pleased with the results.

They we're very easy to work with, polite young man who did the repair work was excellent! He matched our stone perfectly & cleaned up everything! Highly recommend Piedmont Stone!

Thomas, Bradley and crew were awesome from day 1. They communicated well, and did a phenomenal job on the stone veneer we put up around our foundation and chimney. It transformed the look of the home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get stone work done.

Piedmont Stone did an excellent job on my new construction build for my clients! They ensured the execution was exactly as my clients expected!

Piedmont Stone teamed with Baker Roofing to repair a leak in our roof where it mates with a rock chimney. In a single day, Piedmont removed the pieces of stone on the chimney to expose the flashing, then Baker repaired the roof sheathing, flashing, and shingles, and Piedmont attached new stone to chimney and replaced the worn mortar cap with a solid slate cap. Both companies cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind, and did their best to protect shrubs and gutters. We would definitely recommend Piedmont Stone and would hire them again.

We had Piedmont Stone redo all the stone around our pool and hot tub. My husband was reluctant but after they finished, he said he was so happy I scheduled them to do it. It looks awesome! Even better than when the pool company put it in 13 years ago!

In the middle of our roof replacement, the roofers discovered that the chimney service who'd "repaired" our massive 1951 stacked stone midcentury chimney last year hadn't done any of what they'd said, and there were major problems. This made sense, given the worsening leaks coming into the house after the "repair." Baker Roofing called Piedmont Stone, and the owner (Joe) came over immediately (we're in Winston), pulled his guys from another (non-urgent) job, and they spent two days repairing/reconstructing it. INCREDIBLY professional, thorough, honest. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!

This is an all around great business. We had a bad experience with another masonry company leaving us with some really awful work on our chimney and leaks in our home. We were referred to Piedmont Stone. After contacting them, they promptly came out to inspect the issues and were able to squeeze us into their already tight schedule. Very reasonable prices, amazing customer service (we worked with Joe, Thomas, and Javier primarily), and really great work. I highly recommend them!

Sometimes projects don't always go exactly as planned. I recently had one of those on my house. I needed the front stone repair and contact Piedmont Stone on a builder referral. Joe and Thomas were friendly, polite, safe, cordial and knowledgable. Once we got the repair underway there were a lot of unexpected snafus. That is where you really learn something about a company and the people. These guys have the highest integrity and went out of their way to ensure an A+ job. These qualities are what separate an average contractor from one that really stands out. I would recommend them without hesitation!
