John came out to assess a ceiling leak at my property that I thought was a roof leak, and I couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism and service. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and thoroughly explained what was going on and the best options for fixing it. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He didn’t try to oversell anything, just focused on giving me clear, helpful information. But even before that, scheduling was also very easy and everyone I talked to at PI Roof was very nice and courteous.

I would highly recommend PI Roof Maintenance and especially John for anyone needing reliable and knowledgeable service.

I've had the opportunity to speak with an amazing team of people. From the owner of the company to the employees. Mr. Joel has one of the best roofing teams that I have ever worked with. Absolutely perfect service. Joey and Alex came out same day and put a cover over a huge hole in the roof due to a limb falling during a storm. I was so worried about more water coming through the house. Right away, I mean with in the hour, bam! They were here. Thank you guys so very much!!!

Kyle and his team member did an outstanding job cleaning my gutters today. They were quick and thorough. When they finished, there wasn't any debris left in the gutters or anywhere on my property. They left everything spotless.

P.I. Roofing did a great job! Their team showed up on time, were easy to work with, worked well with my insurance company, acted professionally, prepared the area around the roof so as not to damage the plants, shrubs and decorations. They worked quickly, relatively quiet, cleaned up around the grounds, and completed the job on time. I would gladly hire them again without question.

Very rude, very unprofessional, they have been so difficult to continue business with since I have transferred the roof warranty over once I purchased my home. This is not a company I would recommend or refer to anyone. Definitely a foul taste in my mouth as a first time homebuyer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for any of your roofing or home needs. Find someone else and fast!

Very knowledgeable and professional. Took care of a recurring issue at the convergence of two angles of the roof in a corner and a poorly laid out gutter. Removed water rotted wood and fixed the gutter issue, painted and cleaned up. A fine job was done promptly, efficiently and professionally. Could not be more pleased. Highly reccommend.

Got ahold this company to fabricate flashing around chimney. Got a reasonable price, and they started within a couple of days instead of weeks. They did a great job, painted to match shingles, and it looks good. Will do business with them again when needed.

Competent, professional, knowledgeable, and communicative technicians have provided this service for our home on each visit; we have been totally satisfied and impressed every time.

They were on-time (actually) early. They were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. I would recommend them to anybody.

Beware price gouging. The folks are plenty nice, and I had them install new gutters on my entire house 2 years ago; the price was reasonable at the time. Since then I discovered that the splash stops at 2 places were not large enough to stop the volume of water running off the roof. As a result, they would overflow and started wearing away the paint on the front of my house. I called P.I. out to enlarge the 2 splash stops. After agreeing they were too small when installed, they charged me $500 to replace 2 18" pieces of flat metal. (Not including any repairs to the brick or paint.) I feel it should have been done without cost--or at least at a reaonable price--since the original installation wasn't correct. It took them 34 minutes total to complete the work. I'm fine with the fact a correction was needed, but the price was too high. (See photos for pre- and post-correction.)

I called P. I. Roofing and Construction and they came out quickly to assess my issue and to give me a quote. After that the appointment was set up for them to come back out and do the work once the material was in that was needed. The job was done fantastically and I haven’t had any issues with my roof since the repairs.

My roof was replaced in a timely manner. It was easy to communicate with P.I. Roofing, and they did a good job of communicating each step of the way. I would use them again. No problems.

These guys came and repaired my roof and made it look awesome! Winston and Jamie were very professional and fast. Very pleased with the work.

John was knowledgeable, professional, and took care of my roof leak quickly. He even took time to explain what to check in my attic to better protect my home!

These guys did a fantastic & professional job with my new roof. They also repaired and replaced a number of support rafters.

I had tornado damage a few years ago and needed to get my roof replaced and there were shady contractors roaming all through the neighborhood passing out business cards - it was hard to know who to trust. I'm glad I went with P.I. Roofing. They are reputable, trustworthy, super professional, and never left me feeling like they were getting over on me. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to others.

P.I. Roofing did a excellent job with a new roof at our home and also our church. Chris was the best to work with and we would choose P.I. Roofing again when the time came for another roof.

Well, it started with a simple leak in the roof. Initial inspection showed holes (presumably from toe boards) around the chimney that hadn't been appropriately sealed. (As an aside, I can't believe that it is commonly accepted practice for some construction workers to actually put nails through a brand new roof.) Sealant was applied to the holes. Many months later, another leak began in the same area. A repeat inspection indicated more toe board holes not seen/sealed the first time. Those were then sealed. A few weeks later . . . it's leaking again. I gave up and have moved to another company to fix it. I will say that they were pleasant to work with. They just couldn't seem to actually fix the problem.

Delivery of materials was as requested and timely. PI Roofing came the same day to verify order was correct and complete.

P.I. Roofing did a very good job for us. They worked well as a team and finished a job well done in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. The men who came were courteous and considerate of my needs. When/if I need help again, I will definately call P.I. Roofing!

We had PI Roofing install a new roof on our vacation home near Mount Ida in June 2023. It’s difficult to find companies that will go there as it is rural. They had no issue as they cover the state of Arkansas and installed it quickly. We thought we had an issue about a year after installation (June 2024). J.T., who provides exceptional customer service, quickly sent a technician back down there to look at it. The issue had nothing to do with the new roof installation, but the technician fixed the problem, provided numerous photos of the fix and was a great communicator (John). If you are looking for a Roofing company that isn’t “fly by night,” ethical, stands behind their work, provides excellent customer service and does what they say they’ll do then search no further. PI Roofing is the best.

I had schedule an appointment for 8 :00 Saturday morning and Joey and Chris arrived before time they were very polite and very professional kept me informed the whole time .they were very knowledgeable about the services they were providing and answered all the questions I had good job

Even though we have a difficult old house with all it’s quirks, I feel in good hands. The job is coming along slow but positive, not just thrown together for expedience. I love the way your office values my happiness. It is now finished and looks so pretty. Can’t wait till it rains to see the downspout pour out the water.

The gutters are still serving us well. Been 2 years.

Update 8/10/2023 and 8/12/23
Jamie and another worker (sorry dont know his name)came and replaced siding from hail damage on the 10th. Did a lot if it in the rain. The other worker fell off 4 ft ladder and broke his hand so Jamie came back and finished the siding and replaced window screen on the 12th. Both were hard working, dedicated,friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond..All workers should have their work ethics.
