We first contacted Wesley because our 70-year-old, 1300 square foot house was creaking, the doorframes in the hall had spaces and cracks where none were supposed to be, and the floors were sinking from the walls in the center of our home. The entire house shook when our 30-pound dog walked across the living room floor!

We live by a creek bed and like many of our local neighbors we have serious problems with humidity.

After Wesley's inspection was completed, we received a detailed account of our problems along with clear pictures of the damage. Wesley laid out an understandable plan of action, timeframe, and quote. After consulseveral businesses, we chose Wesley.

Wesley started by spraying and killing our mold. Then he and his crew replaced the main beam, as well as replaced and/or braced several cross beams. They jacked up the floor, laid a plastic ground barrier and installed a dehumidifier. Then he sprayed the new wood for mold protection. As a bonus, they cleaned debris left by previous workers over the years.

Wesley and his crew were timely. They tidied up before lunch breaks and before leaving in the evening. Everyone was courteous and friendly.
