They finished the job promptly and were very thoughtful in leaving the property in the same if not better shape than when they started.

I found this company, Phoenix Restoration Inc, because they came door to door to advertise their business, the good old fashion way! They seemed professional and had very good advertising so I took a chance on them. Alonso was a dream to work with...very responsive, understanding and respectful throughout the entire process. They valued communication about all aspects of the repair from the initial inspection, to dealing with the insurance and mortgage companies.

We had some wind damage, like several of our neighbors, and a leak started in the dining room as a result. They took a lot of their time putting together a comprehensive report so that I could understand exactly where the wind damage was and how they were going to fix it. It was very professionally done. The only snafu was about the leak in the front dining room, and we cleared that up. An additional plan was quickly executed about a better way to fix it. Arturo, the owner, gave me an assurance that we mattered and they wanted us to be completely satisfied.

I would 100% recommend this company in the future. They had their communication game together from the beginning, and if you value that, then this is the company you should deal with. They did not ghost us or dismiss any questions or concerns. Their customer service is A-1.

The before and after photos speak for themselves. They have a good selection of rooftops to choose from. They also painted the face of our house after the leak was fixed, which gave our property a fresh new look and excellent curb appeal. I was also impressed that the repairs and installations were done per code, that has been updated, since we purchased the home 18 years ago. I am very particular about how I want things to be done and they checked every box.

After a few weeks of brutal and nonstop rain and wind, I can definitely say our roof was replaced with quality materials, good craftsmanship and on time. There is no sign of a leak or further water damage. The entire replacement took one day and they returned a few times for touch ups and to double check the installation. There is also a three year warranty in the contract, if there are any issues, which gives me total peace of mind. We are very happy with this purchase. EXCELLENT WORK YOU GUYS!

With Phoenix Restoration’s diligence in spotting a problem with my roof after some wind I probably would not have a new shingled roof today so I’m very grateful that they took the time to point this out to me and help me with the claim with my insurance company so they were very professional in keeping to the schedule and communicating with me and the insurance company and I was surprised to find an architectural roof shingle installed so they spent the extra dollar to put a quality roof on the house and the work completed in a few days including the cleanup and they were very skilled with working with the insurance adjuster so they really know their stuff.

When a tree fell on our roof, we called Phoenix as they came highly recomended by others that had used them. They didn’t disappoint. After what seemed like a flawless install, our roof began to leak several months later. Arturo and his team came and confirmed that the leak was not from the roof install. At this point they could have left but instead Arturo continued climbing in to the attic until he discovered an old broken pipe that was causing the leak The measure of a good company is not when things go right but when things go wrong and they stay with you to the end. Even though the leak had nothing to do with the roof, Arturo didn’t give up until he found the reason for the leak. That’s the definition of a great company you can trust and stands behind their work.

I had the pleasure of working with Arturo and his team for my roof replacement. Arturo is very professional and punctual. Although my insurance company denied my roof replacement claim twice, Arturo worked with my insurance company and explained the reasons why the entire roof needed to be replaced, and also provided a detailed document with pictures to the insurance company. My roof looks great, the few issues I pointed out were corrected, and the entire process was easy because of Arturo. I will definitely recommend Phoenix Restoration to others!

Phoenix Restoration did a great job with my roof replacement. Arturo was exceptional and on top of every details. Communication was very clear and he made sure to update me regularly. He handled the contact with my insurance so I really didn’t do anything but to sign documents and give my consent to the insurance company to communicate with Phoenix.
From roof inspection to installation, it took exactly 12 days. To me that was quick with no headache or back and forth with the insurance.

If you have problem with works they did after completion, there would be no service from them and they wouldn't take any claim. My house's roof was replaced by them last December. I did not know until I turned on my AC last week that the AC's copper pipe near the roof was pouched in and broken. I lost all the Freon in the unit. I asked them to pay for the repair (about $800) and their reply was the contract indicated they were not responsible broken into AC pipes near the roof. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to that contract item. I thought that they could have done an inspection before they started the works since they knew something like that could have happened. When my AC man came to fix the pipe, he found my AC unit was also broken and roofing nails were in the unit. I again asked them what they could do to help pay for the AC unit. They did not respond, not a word at all. I paid $2700 to get the AC unit replaced and to repair the pipe. If you want a company that would continue to honor service after bad works, don't use this company.
