After connecting with PHS it appeared we might not be a fit. Wonderfully that was not the case and I met with Daniel shortly thereafter to discuss roof replacement. Meeting went exceedingly well with a few additional items added: skylight removal/new install x3; garage door repair. Due to extenuating circumstances there was a couple month's hiatus before work began. So worth the wait! Tim, Durlee & Crew appeared day after Christmas. What a well oiled machine, working hard, precisely and fast. They work in unison, each complimenting the other to create a single unit. Not unlike a military ballet troupe. Some rot discovered after old roof removed, only to be charged for material. Daniel’s calculations were exact with no additional monies for all the extra miscellaneous work provided. They gave the house a much needed beautiful facelift in 2 days. And Tim returning later to do a final walk through.

The whole team from Phoenix was great. Starting with Cully selling the product, to Tim the project manager. Their crew cleaned up everything. You didn't even know that anyone worked on the roof, other than it's new and looks GREAT. Good job guys!
