Randall Williams was the project manager on my home improvement project. Randall pays particular attention to detail and follows notes very well. He is a very kind man. Listen to what you have to say. He is very patient. He works very hard to ensure your satisfaction. As unplanned things arise, Randall addresses them head-on. He has constant communication that I loved. He will give you his honest opinion about anything that you ask him. I highly recommend him for any home improvement project.

Phoenix Construction was great to work with from beginning to end. All employees were kind, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They checked in on the progress of the project regularly and helped answer any questions and meet any needs we had. They performed quality work for a great price. We will be calling on them again.

My bedroom flooded due to a broken pipe. Phoenix Restoration came to the rescue. I was so pleased with them, I employed them as my contractor to do the repairs on my home.
Throughout the entire process they were amazing. Jeff helped in dealing with the insurance company.
Special recognition for Jamison Meppelink, the Project Manager, was the best!!! He made sure the work done was done correctly. In one instance the work on refinishing the floor had some issues. He said “I wouldn’t want it on my home, and you shouldn’t have to settle with it in your home “. Jamison was the best!!!

Kelly Stricklin was our GM on the recent rebuild of our home following a fire. He was the consummate professional while simultaneously making one feel like family. He answered ALL of my calls and if he wasn’t available would let me know and call me back. This was one of the most stressful times for our family and Kelly was there every step of the way - offering sage advise, a listening ear and a shoulder to lean on. We’re home and couldn’t be happier with our home - it’s so beautiful and everything we asked for and needed.
