Bill Philipps runs a great, responsive company. They were recommended by a neighbor that had done extensive research into roofers before he had Philipps Roofing replace the underlayment in 2022. Bill responded to our request for quote in just a few days and his crew arrived the next week. The five member crew worked 10 hour days for almost four days and did a wonderful job. They clean up the yard every day. They also replaced the flat roofing over the patio. I would recommend this team to anyone.

Excellent customer service. The owner comes out and does the estimate himself. He gives you the estimate and samples right away. The installers were great. They cleaned up after day one and again when they were done on day 2. The owner comes out when all is done and walks around the house with you to make sure you are satisfied. My experience with Phillips Roofing. They are a family run business, very efficient, any questions I had were answered promptly. When we signed the contract we had a start and completion date which was met. We walked the roof after it was completed and the work was great. Phillips roofing equals excellence! My first communications over the phone were positive. A month later, I met with the owner, Bill for a consultation.
He provided me with a written estimate, proof of insurance and went over the details of the proposal with me. He was able to accommodate my schedule, and his crew did an excellent job, taking their time on a very toasty June morning. They placed screens over my roof vents, located a skylight cover that was an off size, picked it up and installed it before I had to leave. They were on time for each appointment, and I felt that they care about their customers. The crew thanked me for the work after they were done.
The owner made a final inspection the next day and gave me instructions regarding the warranty. They take their business seriously and their customers seriously also.

Found Phillips Roofing through a neighbor’s recommendation. We are very pleased with their work. Workers arrived when scheduled and cleaned the area each day at quitting time. When the job was completed a worker went around the house and totally cleaned all debris. There price was fair and they give a 20 yr warranty. Would definitely recommend.

One of the best companies I have ever used! Several years ago my parents used Phillips roofing and they were very pleased with the work. 15 years later my roof needed to be redone so I called Phillips. First off the owner Bill is super to work with. His crews are on time and clean up the job site every day. Phillips did a fantastic job and I recommend them to friends and family. GREAT JOB!!!!

Outstanding company to work with. I interviewed 5 companies and asked several questions, some that I knew the answer to. Phillips Roofing was the only one that was honest. The contract was clear and concise. The cost to replace tiles that were broken in the removal process was covered at no additional cost to me, unlike most of the other companies. They showed up each day on time and fully cleaned up the yard at the end of each day. In addition, they provide a full 20 year warranty that covers labor and material. This company has a high level of workmanship and is a company that you can trust.

Had the tile roof underlayment replaced. The job was completed in 3 days. The crew did a great job at a good price. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. I would highly recommend Phillips if you need roof work.

I had my roof redone in February of 2023. I judge a business on a couple of key points, how did the job go and did they promise what they delivered and Phillips did, and the 2nd is how do they stand behind their work, I had my neighbors Saquaro fall on my roof this summer on my house and Phillips came out fixed it at no charged. I have a leak in my skylight and Phillips ordered me a new one and will replace it. I give very few business 5 stars Phillips deserves it family owned.

I contracted with the owner for a new roof for my home, because our friend used him 5 years ago and said he did a good job and had no issues with the roof in 5 years.. Of all the other quotes, he is the only one with a "no-leak" 15 year workmanship warranty (that he hands you as a signed certificate when the roof is complete) versus only a 2 or at most 5 year warranty from the other companies. He finished in 3 days as he said he would do, and the job looks wonderful, he even cleaned out the gutters! He had the site cleaned up at the end of each day. I have no complaints. He was attentive to all the little things that could have been skipped over.

I forgot to write a review 6 months ago Phillips roofing did my houe and ran into a little problem with the Material it wasn't there Fault it delayed them 2 days but it was worth it they did an excellent job kind and Polite . And it was 114 out side to how they hold off I don't know but I had Gatorade and water on Ice for the workers keep up the good work

Very disorganized. I called 5 times trying to set up an appointment for a repair. Either went direct to voice-mail that was never called back or to someone who said they'd pass my info along to someone else who would schedule a visit....never happened. Solved my problem by using a different company.

Called. Showed next day, gave estimate. Contracted for the work showed 2 days later and completed the job satisfactorily.

Made appointment, called to confirm appointment 830-1030, no one showed up by 10 am called to make sure nothing came up. Office confirmed on the schedule and said he was probably on his way but definitely be there by 1030 as they had not received a call yet that he was running behind. Still no show at 1040 and the office calls and says he cancelled the appointment for an emergency and he wants to reschedule for the next day. Ya no thanks, I refuse to give them the opportunity to waste my time again. Will be calling insurance agent that referred them and giving feedback as well.

We are very pleased with the roofing job Phillips Roofing completed at our house. It was a pleasure to do business with a company that simply does what they say they are going to do and does it well.

The crew showed up each morning and everything was done in the time promised. They were conscientious of working around us and did a decent job cleaning up at the end of each day and at the end of the job.

We were especially impressed with Henry, the foreman. After the crew had completed the job I had done a careful look around and had a small laundry list of issues and questions. The issue at the top of my list was the fact that the guys had installed 14 cap tiles with the mismatched color on the top of the roof when there were 12 original cap tiles out by the sidewalk waiting to be picked up. I was devising some way to convince the guy who was supposed to come out to inspect the job to replace them for us. I was shocked the next morning to hear someone hammering on the top of the roof and to find Henry replacing those cap tiles without me having to mention it! What great service to see something that might make the customer unhappy and to put in the effort before anything needed to be said.

Henry addressed all of my concerns and did say that we can call any time we have an issue, so our minds are at ease.

We are proud to do business with such a good company and will not hesitate to recommend Phillips Roofing in the future.

Phillips Roofing did a great job on our flat roof and recently on our tile roof at a fair price. They completely stripped the old underlayment and did the job right! The competitors priced the job a little lower, but they were just going to nail the new underlayment over the old damaged underlayment and would have never found the origin on the leak. I am 56 years old and have never written a review in my life. I highly recommend Bill and his family’s roofing business to anyone who appreciates quality work with a 20 year warranty!

Everything about the experience with Phillips Roofing was professional and pleasant. The price was about the same as the other bids we received, but they were the only company with a 20-year warranty. Some of the bids we received had only a 2-year warranty! For a ROOF! That was really the selling point for us, but we were happy with everything after that as well. The crew was kind and cleaned up every day after their work. The supervisor kept me informed daily on the progress and the amount of wood he had to purchase (ours was in BAD shape), so that I wouldn't be surprised at the end. The roof is done and it looks great!! I would HIGHLY recommend Phillips!

Had some shingles come off the roof due to wind didn’t think much about it until we got rain and it started leaking near my work computer, when I called the office and spoke to Susan I expressed how urgent this is she said she would send someone out with in the week, 2 days latter I received a phone call from Billy stating he would be at my house with in 45 mins. When he got on my roof he told me it’s a quick fix, went into his truck got some stuff and went back on the roof, about an hour latter he knocked on my door said it’s all done call if I had any issues. When I asked how much he told me not to worry about it and have a great day!!! This company is amazing. I will definitely use them again and refer them to anyone that asks

I realize with the recent storms all roofing companies are busy however after making an appointment last week for this morning (between 8:30-10:30) and two phone calls to confirm, they were a no show. For people that take time off work for an appointment - this is unacceptable! Their receptionist, Nicki was very polite and apologetic stating they placed several calls to their roofer however he didn't answer, or call back therefore they didn't know what the problem was. I told her to take us off their call back list as they were too unreliable for my business. Good customer service is pretty easy to come by - it starts from the beginning of your interaction with a prospective customer. No bueno here folks.

I called 2 days ago for a appointment. Finally received a call today to set one up. The receptionist is not a good people person (or doesn't like her job).
She made a point to tell me that they "have a minimum of $425", even if they just move one tile. I had 3 appointments lined up with other companies before I received a call back. Just saying. .. ..
