Still stand by my original review but will not use this company in the future. They do good work but they never back to finish things they promised to. My shower door is still not installed, paint needs to be touched up, vanity back glue is coming apart (it was the day they put it in) Communication is now nonexistent and i can only assume it’s because payment has already been fulfilled and they don’t want to come back after so much time as my door was on back order. I’m 99% sure they chipped my sink bowl though they said it was there out of the box. I’m sure it was an accident as I clearly would’ve remembered seeing it when we unwrapped it before installation. Behind the vanity the wall is not painted down to the floorboard either.

they do decent work, but proceed with caution. Make sure issues are fixed on the spot so you don’t end up with unfinished details like me. I will fix them myself (minus door installation)

**Original review**
I didn’t have a specific vision for what I wanted out of our bathroom remodel, I just knew what colors I like and that I wanted a tile shower. Charles and I had multiple meetings leading up to the remodel to review my choices in products during which I was provided useful guidance and advice so I could adjust my choices accordingly.

Construction took a little longer due to unforeseen issues with the way the room was built but he worked through them paying close attention to detail making sure everything was structurally sound, and functional.

We were set to begin a project on our basement and my husband and I rearranged our work schedules with some difficulty to make a quick time frame request work on behalf of the contractor. The day the project was slated to begin, the contractor did not show up and did not respond to phone calls and text messages from us. Thankfully, no money was put down initially for the job. He never followed up to explain what had happened, and left us hanging. I hope nothing bad happened, however, some communication would have been professional at some point, especially since we went out of our way to be at home that week. Very disappointing.

I recommended Phillips home improvements to all my coworkers they do amazing work I love the communication and the wave of energy they bring I got a porch built and it’s the best porch in the neighborhood thanks to Phillips home improvements and not to mention that’s just one project they completed on my home
