The folks here are dependable and friendly. They know their business which is becoming a rare trait these days. I buy here often and they are competitively priced. Good value for your money and local folks too, so you know your money is staying in the local economy!
Phillips service/warranty equipment repair is incompetent, dishonest, they never return a call, they just keep your equipment and never give you an update. Mower broke, they kept it for 3 months waiting for a part. Every time we called either no one was there to answer and no one called back or it was a different excuse. The part was backordered…it was shipped…it’s still pending…the part hadn't shipped…it shipped but we don't have a tracking number, this went on for a month. They never asked a name, but magically knew the status of the part without looking it up or even pausing to pretend to look it up. We got the part number and ordered it ourselves and had it in 5 days. Took the part to Phillips with the hope of finally getting my mower back. 5 days later everything was installed and the mower is running but they have to wait for the warranty approval. 3 more days go by and they are still waiting for warranty approval and now we have to pay for an oil filter and 2 quarts of oil because this isn't covered under warranty. We already paid for parts covered under warranty. The store manager told the service department to deduct the cost off the oil filter and oil from what we paid for the part and deliver the mower. The service department told us we had to pay for the filter and oil. Dishonest and incompetent.
