PHD Construction did the best job pouring the foundation for my new shed. They were quick to squeeze me in between some of their larger jobs, which is kinda unheard of these days. And they did a bang-up job, as well. They were accommodating and thoroughly professional throughout the project. I would highly recommend PHD Construction to anyone with an upcoming project. PhD construction is absolutely fantastic. Sergey, the owner, is a part of the whole process, easily reachable and most importantly, he is trustworthy. Sergey has remodeled our home and was the easiest and most particular/perfectionist on the project. His timeline was laid out, work went according to schedule, assisted on design and was with us every step of the way. I used to get several quotes on construction projects, but I don’t have to anymore. I trust Sergey and know he has my best interests in mind.

Our home was built in the 1890s. Recently we had the front porch rebuilt. I was pleased with the end results. They kept to the original style of the house and the porch looks perfect.

PHD completed a to the studs renovation on a home we purchased on the Eola/Amity ridge in Oregon wine country. Together with an engineer we designed and built an incredibly comfortable and beautiful retreat. I started with a newly built home that had a difficult backyard—sloped, filled with construction debris, and covered in poor-quality mulch. I hired PHD to build a deck, and their work was flawless. The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and paid close attention to every detail. I was so impressed that I asked them to create a tiki bar next. What they delivered far exceeded my expectations—transforming my original vision of a "Key West" shack into a stunning mid-century chic showpiece. I can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Absolutely perfect! I would recommend over and over again. We needed a few projects done around our new home. Re-structuring the deck, new safety handrails added all around. A new safety gate. Custom hand rails on our font door ramp. Some misc. handrails in the house, to include safety bars installed into our tile shower. A new window in one of our bedrooms. They even got on the roof and fixed our three sunroofs.
The bedroom window finishes to match the rest of the home was almost impossible to find, he spent two days searching for the exact one. Lots of time and effort put into every detail. Every project was done in a timely manner, when and how they said it would. Worth every penny!!!!
