Honest, professional, beyond fair on price and they do great work! Customer service experience was outstanding. The one and only company that took the time and really assessed my roofing needs with facts based on a detailed inspection both inside and outside. My new roof was completed same day and looks amazing! Went above and beyond what was expected and left my yard spotless. Refreshing to see and work with a company that checks all the boxes, does great work and treats you right.

Jerome was knowledgeable and extremely polite, walking me through the process of something very new and intimidating for me. Along with his crew, he worked hard and completed the job quickly. Jerome and his team were excellent. He came for the estimate and was on time. Got on the roof to really look at it and assess the condition of it. He told me it was going to be about 2 weeks. Exactly 2 weeks later they came out on a Friday and got it done in one day. This was a complete tear off. Jerome was there with his guys to make sure everything was going smooth, talked to my husband and I and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. Clean up was great too! Great experience. He was also very competitively priced.

Phase III Home Development installed roofs on two of my homes last year 2022. These were homes that’s been in my family for over 60 years and was no other contractor wanted to touch them, there was multiple layers and one had asphalt shingles glued to the original slate roofing. Jay’s crew was prompt, efficient, worked quickly but most importantly was the excellent quality of work at a great price. Would definitely use him for my other homes.

I would highly recommend Phase III Home Development, LLC. They did an outstanding job replacing the roof on my rental property. They were timely, professional, and courteous. They went out with my insurance adjuster and ensured all defects and damage incurred were pointed out and accounted for. They communicated with me on a regular basis, and I knew exactly where they were in the process. Once the job was completed, I received pictures of my new roof since I live out of state. This is the best experience I have had for any home repairs I have had done. If you need a new roof, this is the company to call.

Jay Perry, the owner, is great. He went out of his way to find the perfect color for my roof. New roof was installed in a day, cleanup was excellent, roof is perfect. A real pleasure to deal with, fair pricing too.
