We had Peterson Properties LLC install floating floors in our hallways and living room and ceramic plank tiles in our kitchen. Anthony was our installer. He was very professional, kind, and had great work ethics.
We even had our gutters cleaned by Peterson Properties LLC. They were so full of debris that if we waited any longer, our gutter would’ve probably ripped down. By getting them cleaned, we saved ourselves time and money in the long run.

Dana Sindermann and John M. Peterson are fine men, just untrained in residential repair and restoration. I wish them the best of luck, but i would prefer to hire a homeless man and teach him how to use painter's tape, rather than pay "Team Roofing and Restoration LLC" one more red cent for such pathetic work.
Dana and Mr. Peterson, again, thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to hire two, three, (maybe four?) gentlemen to repair the holes I punched in my dry wall, and to paint all 1700 SQF of primed drywall and even a basement cinder-block wall a surprise color, just for me! You are too kind, and all that extra paint on my bed sheets, laundry machines, kitchen stovetop, shredder, (even my kitchen sink), was just too much to ignore. Hell, you even left spare drywall crumbles on my pillow! Maybe the drywall fairy should have paid the $1500 "contract cancellation fee".
Good luck to you two, I mean it. You're going to need it if you intend to compete with the local handymen, who I've personally got quoted at $1000 less than your impressive figure you laid out for me in black and white.

I would not recommend to anybody to enter into contract obligations with this company!
after entering into a contract with this company, i realized the wording was tricky and really They were getting even more money then what i was under the impression of. made a huge mistake with this company, lesson learned, do your research. The crew also left a mess! They left nails and other debris that was ALL OVER the yard and the porch! I will not be using this company again!

I can fully comprehend why this company received a five star rating after trusting them to repair my roof. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the professionalism they extended responding to my roof issue. They are highly recommended!!!
