I recently got my whole house painted and wanted to get my roof inspected as well in case I decide to sell my home and want to make sure everything was up to par. John came and did an inspection on my roof and for the first time I felt I had a honest conversation from a roofer. There was no pressure and he took me through some areas to keep in eye on and said to reach out if a strong wind or hail storm rips through. He said roof was still solid and should last some more years depending on storms of course.

In an industry full of people just trying to make a ton of money, these guys are a breath of fresh air. Business ethics are often lacking in sales jobs but these guys are the exception. Not only that but they are extremely professional and diligent. You will not just feel like a number to them but actually someone that they care about and want to do right by. Have them give you a free inspection and just see. There is nothing to lose. I am super glad I found them!

John came by our house to do a free inspection. We were concerned because of the number of hail storms we have had in Colorado and the fact that so many of our neighbors have had their roofs replaced.
John showed up right on time, was pleasant and got straight to his inspection. My husband went up on the roof with him so John could show him what he was looking at. There were a few spots that John pointed out that might cause issues in a few years but he stated that overall our roof was in good condition. It is because we have grade 4 listed shingles that we won’t need to replace our roof at this time.
