Tyler makes each customer utilizing the service department feel like their vehicle's maintenance is the number one priority when they come in. The other personnel in his area do the same.

Tyler was very knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and was very courteous. I would definitely do business with him and Petro again!

Everything went great when I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. When I went to pick up my vehicle they tried to give me the wrong Rogue and it took about 10-15 minutes to figure out where my vehicle was. It hadn’t even been serviced yet! The gentleman did bring it to me at my job when they finished it. Surprised they didn’t offer a discount for my inconvenience.

The service staff is absolutely amazing! They take care of me every single time I have to drive into the bay. They always quickly diagnose my issue anytime I come for any other reason than a tire rotation or oil change and they fix it immediately. I would get more stars if I could.

PSA! In terms of business, Mr. Tyler at Petro Automotive is the ideal salesperson if you're ever in the market for a car. He took all required precautions. Went to sell them a vehicle and they were responsive, efficient and customer focused. They offered a fair price for the vehicle ( Nissan Rogue ) and even gave us a ride back to Poplarville since we only had that car. I would reccommed this dealership for their great service and professional business attitude. Have not had this level of respect from a dealer in a very long time and that says alot !

Lakin (service department) was wonderful! I was out of the country and she did a great job at communicating. She handled everything with my extended warranty company and she was very patient when I wasn’t able to respond immediately.

Overall great experience. The car didn't get cleaned out when I bought it, however it was pretty clean. Also, I figured they would at least fill the tank up, but I guess half full is better than no fuel at all.

Darrell was fantastic at getting us a good deal and was very informative. He explained everything in a way that I understood. I recommend him and Pedro for all future car needs.

We arrived early and they were kind enough to take is in.we went for an oil change, attendant advised me that the transmission needed service soon,he did not try to push anything on me.after changing the oil and rotating the tires ,he told me he saw no other problems other than servicing the transmission soon.He was very nice helpful and professional. I have to add this ,the cost was actually about $50.00 cheaper than I though it would be..BIG PLUS.

I went in for an oil and filter change on a Saturday morning, and the service was fantastic! I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours, even with four cars ahead of me!

Absolutely love my local Nissan!!! Great customer service!! They let me know they were a little backed up but had no problem letting me know when my car was done! I couldn’t get back right then so they let me pay online and left my key in car under their awning!!!! Will continue to get my cars service from them!!!!
