The absolute worst service, they admitted to faulty construction but did not make an attempt to correct it after lying about it, while the roof was under warranty and thus making the insurance pay for the repair to their faulty work TWICE. I have had an adjuster and two other roofers come and look shaking their head in disbelief over the poor installation of the roof.

Petra Roofing came recommended by my insurance company so I gave them a try. I got an estimate right away, but it did take over a month before the work actually got scheduled to begin as it was a very busy season for roofers. The roof looks great and they cleaned up after themselves as well as replaced some of the skylight ceiling tiles that broke due to debris falling from the roof while it was being replaced. Drew kept in touch with me every step of the way to let me know when something began or ended.

Jamie came out and looked at our roof damage. Seem competent, promised a estimate by the end of the week. That was a month ago. Called several times to follow up. Each time I was told to look for an e-mail estimate shortly. Never comes through. Not sure what to think, as they came highly recommended. Still have no estimate.
