Peterich Custom Construction

We have had Peterich patch our roof last year in order to make it until this spring for a complete roofing job. They are efficient, reasonable, good communicators, and clean up after their work, both for the patch work and the complete re-roofing. We were also happy with the painters they suggested, A and G Painting, who did a phenomenal job on our business building.

Peterich Construction is bar none the BEST in Northern Colorado!!! The BEST!! I recently hired Nick and his crew from Peterich, to fix and/or replace my existing privacy fence. Nick, the job foreman is not only the nicest guy, but he's honest, hard working, with exemplary craftsmanship and a crew to match! I got an extremely fair estimate, hired Nick on the spot. They showed up on time, (when Nick said that they would) and got the job done exactly as the estimate outlined and in record time. I'm thrilled with the quality of their work and their respect for my property!! I'd hire Peterich Construction a million times over!!! Dan, the owner of Peterich is a military veteran, thank you for your service Dan!! Don't waste your time with any other construction company. Save yourself time, money, and worry. Reroof after hail damage was professional and timely. The real win here though is the after-sales customer service. The first rain of the spring indentified a leak into our living space. Turned out the problem was on tangetially related to the roof installation but Brady was on site within an hour of my call and set up a temporary fix. 4 days later he was back with a permanent repair. Thanks for excellent customer care!

We recently had major hail storm damage on our home. After our experience we would highly recommend Brady and his team from Peterich. As the damage was not limited to just a new roof, Brady contacted and set up teams to roof, patch, and paint. He worked closely with the insurance adjuster and continued to resubmit forms and claims on our behalf to get us the best coverage. Brady was consistent communicating with us throughout each step. We would work with Peterich Construction again if needed.

Their work crew was outstanding, Nick was on top of everything and Tresea helped eminencely with dealing with insurance company and mortgage people.

Not much to say aside from if you've found these guys you've done well. Needed a quick fix to some damage that was probably pretty finicky to get right. Dustin was super responsive, work was completed quickly, price was very fair. Will call them for future needs for sure.

I highly recommend Peterich Custom Construction! This was the second time we hired Peterich Custom Construction; previously Dustin and team repaired our leaking roof.

This time they replaced our wood shingle roof and everything went exactly as planned and discussed. Dustin and team arrived on time every day ( it was a 2 day job), the team kept the site neat and tidy and the installers were super polite. Everything about the experience was professional - no high pressure sales tactics, no forgotten line items, just a straightforward estimate and installation. Dustin took the time to explain lots of details to me before, during and after the installation. He answered all my questions in a timely and thorough manner. To give you an idea of how neat and tidy they were: I found 1 partial shingle and 1 staple after they left. For tearing off a 30 year old shake shingle roof of this size, that's incredibly neat and tidy.

A number of my neighbors stopped by after the job was finished to compliment the fit and finish of the material and noted how quickly the job was completed - other companies have taken more days to complete a similar sized roof.

In my 20 years of home ownership and hiring various contractors, Peterich Custom Construction sets a high bar in terms of communication, detail orientation, customer service and professionalism. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the experience! I would gladly hire Dustin and team again for other work if I could and can recommend them to anyone!

Dustin and all of the Peterich staff were a Godsend after the terrible hail last summer. This was our first go around with an insurance claim and Dustin made the whole thing so seamless and easy. He walked us through each step of the process and answered every question we had. The crew showed up at 7 and they were pretty much packed up and gone by 1, I couldn’t believe how FAST they got it finished! They even did a magnetic sweep for stray nails! Honestly very pleased with the whole process!!

Dustin was invaluable in helping us work with our insurance company to ensure our entire roofing project was covered for the hail damage we received. He knows the local building codes and his team installed a better quality roof than our previous one. They were in and out in just a little over a day and a half and left our property clean. After a hailstorm ripped up our roof, we obtained several quotes from roofers, but it was very clear that Peterich Construction was not just trying to get business, but that they cared about their clients. Dan explained the entire process to us every step of the way. He worked with our insurance company, meeting with the adjuster to make sure that all of the updated codes were met and making sure that they covered everything they were SUPPOSE to cover. (Dan knew more than the adjuster!) I never felt pressured or scammed. They also replacing some siding (and did an EXCELLENT job) and found someone to install new gutters.
Dan and his team showed up when they where scheduled, cleaned up after they were finished, and worked with efficiency. It is with great enthusiasm I recommend Peterich Custom Construction!

Wow, these guys did an awesome job fixing all the repairs from a bad hail storm this past summer.
