Perimeter Roofing was so professional and easy to work with, especially Joe White. He made the process so easy explaining everything. The workers were very efficient, cleaned up, and did an awesome job. We are so happy with the roof! 10/10 will call them again!

Since the day we got married 13 years ago, I dreamed of the day that I could build a porch around our house. I literally had a water fall gushing over my gutters. My gutters were new and clean. So, I did not understand why I was having a problem. I called other roofing businesses and they failed to respond to my calls.

Zachery and Jeremey from Perimeter Roofing did an OUTSTANDING job on our big barn roof. They cleaned and rebalanced the long gutters, fixed the down spouts, replacing some. The 2 roof valleys got a good silicone coat.
Doing the estimate, they were up on the roof. Texted me photos showing where water was standing and not draining, and other observations. Last night it rained and the stall with the Dutch door opening to the overnight paddock for the horse with Cushing's no longer had a waterfall flowing down over the gutter in front of the door. Yay! We are very pleased with the work done, the knowhow of how to fix the problem areas. They were very professional! Highly recommend them.

The team at Perimeter Roofing is incredible. I consider myself pretty handy, but I had a roof leak I just couldn’t track down—especially with the steep pitch making it tough to access. I called Perimeter, and within minutes of arriving, they had diagnosed the issue and started the repair.

They also replaced some missing ridge caps over our screened-in porch, all while working in 100-degree heat. I can’t recommend Philip and his crew highly enough. They do outstanding work and move quickly to get the job done. Whether you need a minor repair or a full roof replacement, these are the guys to call.

Phillip came out and fixed some fascia board that blew off during the storm recently. He even added extra nails down the gable to make sure it was secure. He went around and tacked in a couple extra metal pieces that were loose. Highly recommend.

Phillip was outstanding on fixing our gable trim metal on the side of our roof! We had a storm that tore the metal from our roof and we did not want rain getting into the exposed area. Perimeter roofing was quick and accurate at fixing all our needs! 100% recommend!

We asked perimeter roofing to come do an estimate on our 100+ year old home for the roof and exterior doors and windows. Victor and his very organized and efficient crew arrived at Farmville house on time, removed old tar/gravel roof, replaced with modern materials. All debris accumulated and removed. Victor reviewed completed work at conclusion. Very pleased.

I have had problem with Perimeter previously, but recently things have changed a lot. I called for an issue discovered when preparing to sell my home and needed a quick turn around, the owner of the company came by the next day and fixed it. Amazing.

Some of the siding on my house needed to be fixed, so I called Perimeter. Jacob handled the scheduling and customer service well, and then Zach & Jeremy did a great job on the actual repair. All three of them were helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend Perimeter if you are in need of any roofing or siding repairs!

I am very thankful that Perimeter Roofing was able to come help me with a slate roof leak today that we have been trying to get fixed for several months. We had initially contacted a well known company who routinely advertises on television and after 5 months of waiting for them to come look at the issue, this well known company insisted the the leak in my slate roof was in the seal at the two main roof peaks . This even after I showed them the leaking area in the walk up attic, looking at pictures I took of the metal roof valleys and " the well known company" having inspected the entire roof themselves. After performing $3600 in roof peak capping, we still had the same issue. While we were trying to get this well known company to come back and look at it again, we contacted Perimeter Roofing to look at the issue. They arrived today and within an hour, Inspected the walk up attic, outside of the main roof and back roof. They correctly identified several obvious issues with the copper valley material in the main roof valleys. Within another two hours, they had repaired the issues with the metal valleys at a cost less than 10% of what the well known company ultimately quoted for that area of the roof. Perimeter Roofing had also begun working on a quote for the repairs to the rear roof and to flashing on the front porch roof. They were courteous, professional and customer focused. They treated my wife and I with respect and were up front about the time it would take to get us the quote for the rear roof repair. I would highly recommend them for slate roof repairs.

I would like to thank the entire team that worked with us to replace the gutters for our house and the roof repair work that was done. This company is amazing!! From the moment that we scheduled a consultation to the end of the job they were very professional and friendly. We had explained that our work schedule was a bit difficult when setting up a date to start and finish the work. They were very understanding and worked around our schedule to get the work done within those perimeters. To do this, the CEO of the company Philip along with Jacob the salesperson came to our home and performed the roof repairs themselves to expedite the job. In my mind this was incredible, I never imagined that a CEO would do this for a customer. At this point, we knew that we had chosen the right company for the job. From the beginning, our salesperson Jacob kept us informed on the status of the job and both Philip and Jacob followed up after the job was completed to ensure that we were happy with the product and the service. Miha worked with the scheduling of the job and was so friendly whenever I spoke with her. The men that installed the gutters worked non-stop the entire day to meet the short window of time that we would be home. I highly recommend this company to anyone. The customer service, the quality of work and the dedication to provide the highest service possible was a breathe of fresh air. Thank you for everything you did for us.

I had a great experience with Perimeter Roofing! I would definitely use them again, and I highly recommend them. Everyone, including Miha, Zach, and Jeremy, was very courteous and professional. I needed a small siding repair in a tricky area, and I wanted the whole area secured due to high winds. They did a thorough examination, answered all of my questions, and added some silicone sealant to a few areas that needed it. I believe there are some things you simply don’t skimp on, and roofing and siding are two of those. You need a professional to do it right, and that’s exactly what I got. The Amherst County Historical Museum needed hidden gutter repairs. Several companies were contacted and Zachary with Perimeter met with us. He determined the best course of action and promptly gave us a competitive price. Zachary was patient with our board meetings for approval and promptly made the repairs when authorizerd. In addition to the gutter repairs, Zachary went a step further and made repairs to our Hamble Center gutters and installed gutter guards at no cost.

We at the Museum commend Perimeter and Zachary for the quality of work, fair price, and the additional work.

Hands down the best construction experiences I have ever had! It all started with a Facebook post, and I texted. Next thing I know I am working with Joe. He was not pushy, and answered all of my questions. My house is almost 100 years old and I was in the middle of a renovation, and he was very patient as I lined everything up. Once we signed the contract we moved over to our coordinator Miha. She was an absolute delight to work with! My project manager for the roof job was Victor. He was respectful and kind and his crew was top-notch! The work looks phenomenal, they finished in one day, and they left the yard cleaner than they found it.

Also, this is a bit of a subset. I'm an extremely busy individual and the fact that I did this entire project via text message and email is phenomenal. Never once did I have to step out of a meeting to answer phone calls or anything like that.

I cannot recommend this company enough! If you need a roof then these are your people. Joe is already working on a siding quote for us so I will update this review when that work is done.

Zachary and Jeremy came out over the weekend to repair a leak in our roof we discovered earlier in the week. They were punctual, polite, and expedient in their work. They provided photos of the issue and their fixes. We would highly recommend Perimeter Roofing (especially if these two employees are the ones doing the work).

The salesman (Joe White ) was awesome. He called and showed up to work with my insurance company to get my claim through.
My roof looks good . The office staff also was great and worked with my schedule to do the work to my house.

The crew did an excellent job, they took their time to make sure they did it correctly. I would use them again if I needed another job done.
So far they have done my roof, my guttering, put in exhaust units in my bathrooms and now my siding. I keep using then because of their work and how they take pride in what they do.

April 16th, 2025. I called last Wednesday for siding repair due to the high wind and talked to Miha. She was very helpful and contacted Zach and Jeremy for the repair. By 11:15am the job was complete. Miha, Zach, and Jeremy done a great job and very professional. I would highly recommend Perimeter Roofing in the future!! Also, on July 14th, had issues in another area near my carport (fascia board, etc). Zach and Jeremy replaced the exterior fascia board and repaired other areas. looks great!! Thank You all!! You are the Best!

Zach and Jeremy did an excellent job of repairing the original flashing on the two chimneys of our 81 year old house. They removed the original tin, discovered and patched the source of a leak (from a corroded and errant nail), replaced 9 slate, and remade the flashing over the front door.

The flashing required compound angle calculations, precise bending of the new copper to prevent dings and dents so that the original woodwork would be preserved. The precision of the angles would have impressed Euclid.

They did all of this, with minimal breaks in high winds, and remained cheerful throughout the day.

This may be the best external repair we have had on this house in over 25 years.

I've had two pleasant experiences with Perimeter. They replaced my roof several years ago and recently repaired flashing on the side of my house due to wind damage. Zach took care of my most recent repair and was quick on replies, kind, and did a great job with the repair. Miha was also very kind in the office and setting up the initial appointment. While I hope I don't have anymore repairs for a while, I will definitely call them in the future for any other repair work.

Excellent work by Zach and his team from perimeter roofing. They applied silicon chimney seal as well as did drywall ceiling work that was due to a leak in the roof which they also repaired. The job was done at the agreed date and time and I was informed about what was done during the process. Would definitely hire again!

This is the second time I have used Perimeter Roofing. Both times I have been impressed with the crew. They arrive on time and quickly get to work. Jacob and Andrew answered any questions we had and were eager to help. The crew cleaned up all debris and my roof looks spectacular. Job well done!

The home I bought in 2020 had a new roof put on it that year by the previous owners. In 2025 we had a bad storm and it sounded like I had a slow drip from the roof. I found the company info from a paper the previous owners left me. Miha answered and was extremely helpful. I think she heard the anxiety in my voice and promised to get me help immediately. Within the hour I had Zach call to come take a look in between his already busy schedule. He immediately found the issue, fixed it that day, and was so great working with me on pricing for repairs. The following day my neighbor left a message while I was at work that he found shingles in my yard. Of course concerned again I called them back. Zach came out again as soon as he could and searched the entire roof, even taking pictures for me to see. Everything was perfect and because how close my neighbor is, we came to the conclusion they might have been from their house. Standing in the yard we notice loose siding and a metal piece near the top of the house looking a little suspicious like it was going to come off too. Right back up he went and fixed it for me just because. I cannot stress enough how much the company made me feel at ease, made the process easy, efficient, and not to mention how incredibly kind everyone was. Being a first time home owner Ive found new surprises and stressful moments along the way, so having one less thing to worry about and fixed was such a tremendous relief because of these incredibly awesome people! I 110% recommend you give them a call for any roofing needs!!

Zach very knowledgeable re repairs and thorough inspection and shared all with me explaining what they did. the company came recommended to me from family that built new house and they had met with other companies.

They arrived first thing in the morning and were so kind and professional! We had them out to replace pieces of siding that had blown off with all of the high winds we have had lately. While they were here, I asked if they could also reattach a shutter that had blown off and they said that would be no trouble at all. I mentioned that they should be careful on our back deck steps since one was broken and we hadn’t had a chance to get it fixed yet. They fixed our broken step for us without me even asking them to… SO kind! They truly went above and beyond. Great work and we highly recommend!

Perimeter roofing has been excellent to us. Last year, they erected a metal roof on our newly constructed home. Any issues we had were addressed and resolved. We just had snow guards that broke off, and Philip came out to fix them. He went above and beyond to making sure the other snow guards were securely connected. I recently had a necessary repair reveal itself with my roof, resulting in a leak due to heavy rainfall. After asking coworkers and friends about roofers they had experience with, a coworker recommended I give Perimeter Roofing & Exteriors a call, as he had them replace his home's roof last spring and thought they were professional and did a quality job w/ good service.
From my first phone call to Perimeter they demonstrated professionalism and dedication to providing quality service. Andrew and a small crew came to my house immediately that morning to "tarp" my roof, as more rain was forecasted to fall later that day. Rain and snow fall prohibited a repair crew to investigate the necessary repair for almost 4 weeks, when the weather allowed, Zach and his coworker took time out of a busy service schedule to come and diagnose the problem, re-tarp my roof, and get me on the repair schedule. Two weeks later Zach returned with a coworker and repaired my roof, and lifted a huge weight off my mind! They provided me with before and after photos of the repair area, and left me with a quality repair. Every Perimeter employee that came to my house was courteous, professional, and respectful of me and my home. Miha, Perimeters' Customer Relations Specialist took care of me and my service with those same attributes from my first call.
I will call on Perimeter again, without hesitation for any repairs or replacements I need, and I highly recommend to check them out if your looking for a dependable roofing contractor.

Perimeter put a metal roof on our home four years ago. We had a problem with a leak in one corner. They were prompt to get here to fix. After the next big rain it was better but not fixed. After three attempts to fix Phillip came out with a tech and thought it was fixed and it was until we had a downpour. Still had a slight leak. Phillip came back and re-caulked. He also found that the gutter when installed did not have enough pitch towards the downspout and could be causing some of the problem. They did not install the gutters. I want to say Phillip and his team are awesome and dedicated to making their customers happy and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

We have been so pleased with all the work Perimeter Roofing has done remodeling our kitchen and bathroom and upgrading our gazebo. We always know when to expect them or if there’s a delay and the finished product is always wonderful. The work crew are efficient and courteous.
When our roof was damaged in an ice storm, Alec Gilman came out and met with the insurance adjuster and made sure that we would be reimbursed for everything we lost. We couldn’t ask for more.

Joe and Victor were great. They did what they said they were going to do. The install went well. They showed up on time and did not leave until the job was finished. They came back the next day to power wash some areas that the tiles had stained on our brick. Victor came back and set up our attic fan. I recommend Joe and Perimeter Roofing.

Premier Roofing is a good reperable roofing company Victor their sales manager is very knowledgeable and office manager Miha we're very nice to do business with my shed that I had a new roof put on was scheduled to be done 3 weeks later but they got a cancellation and came out the next day and did a very nice job on my roof very pleased

While I have never personally used perimeter roofing, I have only had the opportunity to work with one of their employees, Mr. Mayhew. His knowledge and understanding of construction are among some of the best.. As a contractor myself who has been in industry for over 40 years, I would have no hesitation in using perimeter roofing on any project.

Seven months to replace one window. Deposit and contract for 3 windows to be replaced dated July 2nd 2024. At first, it seemed like just a regular job, but each time the crew came out, the original window we had hoped to replace stayed just as broken as our patience. (3 times to measure, 3 times to attempt install & once more to complete install)

We cancelled 2 of the windows on the original contract due the the inability to even get measurements correctly. But after waiting, delays, and some wild miscommunication, we finally got it. Without listing any more of the details of the situation, Perimeter Roofing recognized the hassle they created & made it right. They completed the job... for FREE. A perfect way to wrap up an unbelievable one star experience.
