I ordered Siga tapes from their sister website, sigatapes.com. One of the boxes was missing a roll and upon hearing that they immediately sent a roll out to me. Great customer service! It helps that they have the best prices on Siga products too!

We ordered Intus windows from Performance Building Supply based on the recommendation of our architect. When two of our windows came in without the simulated divided light option ordered, Performance suggested a fix that would look just the same. The fix was not at all the same, involving a paste on exterior and interior mullein that looked nothing like what was ordered. They have refused to answer all calls and emails concerning our dismay with the error in fulfilling the order and we had to go to the Virginia office to stake a claim. The cost to make it conform to our original order is ours alone to bear and Performance has not helped us in any way. In fact, the Virginia office offered us $2,000.00 to accept this substandard fix which we rejected. Performance never offered the same. We are very disapointed in a business that is only too happy to take our money but does not want to be bothered to help their customers. STAY AWAY!!

To follow up- we had no difficulty in entering a claim with the main office and now have the proper windows installed, at a cost to us of $1500. Performance building NEVER returned our calls about this matter. We stand by our previous post.
