Was struggling to find someone so close to Christmas to fix my furnace not turning on, Zach came quick despite the bad weather and had my furnace up and running within minutes of showing up!

Zach has helped me with various repairs over the years, including HVAC and even replacing my roof! Most recently, we woke up on Sunday morning to the smell of propane. We contacted Zach and he responded immediately, telling us to shut off the propane. He came out that day to assess the situation and determined it was time to replace the 25 year old furnace. He was able to quickly find one that would work for us at an affordable price, and got it installed on Tuesday, the week before Christmas, with single digit temps and a snowstorm in the forecast. He will always be the one we call for help!

I have used Zach on different homes I have owned. He is meticulous, responsive, affordable, honest and does great work. He took time to explain to me everything he was doing. He has done large jobs such as replacing a balcony, building on a roof over a patio complete with ceiling fans, HVAC work and adding bathroom fans with roof ventilation. Called Zachary on a Sunday afternoon after my blower from my home HVAC unit quit working. It was hot that day and Zachary came out and analyzed the situation, ordered a new part and it was installed the next evening.

I had a propane line ran into our home for a propane log set. Zach did amazing work, he was quick and efficient. While he was installing the log set I was in the middle of a kitchen project. Zach walked in the kitchen, said what’s going on here? He jumped right in a gave me a hand on this project as well. If I ever need any work done in our home, I will for sure call Zach first every time

When my AC stopped working this summer Zachary was able to quickly come out and diagnose the issue. He was able to get the part we needed and our AC fixed the next day!
