Gessel & Associates has helped us a bunch. They manage our auto & home insurance, making sure we have the most economic package & they review & recommend changes regularly. We recently had a roofing problem and they were very responsive. They recommended a contractor and contacted them. They worked with our insurance company and kept our direct costs to a minimum. Within days, we had a new roof installed and never had a drop of water inside. I highly recommend Gessel, a great independent insurance agent.

Truly a one stop shop! I was thrilled with the personal service I received. Very knowledgeable about different policies and customer service was spectacular! Returned all of my phone calls and emails promptly, very easy to work with. The personal video explaining my proposal was extremely helpful and over and beyond what I would expect from an insurance agency.

He and his sons are kind very honest and will take the time to explain coverage to you.. there are times when coverage lacks and you think you are covered... Larry will explain these areas to you.. You will quickly realize he is a friend every time you pick up the phone and call him... I would highly recommend Larry and his staff... You will not only be insured you will be informed and you will understand What your coverage is...

Larry and his crew have been very accessible, helpful, supportive,and informative as I have had to deal with an "obvious total loss" due to a flash flood. I have received more than the "usual" advice and it is clear they want to help me get top dollar for the car. They shoot straight, answer questions, and truly want to help. I also get home insurance through them and they went above and beyond in finding a new company which resulted in no real increase in premiums! SO glad I found them at the Home Show in Columbus!

Alex started out by helping us out with a new policy to combine my car and my fiancé’s car onto the same plan about 2 years ago.
