Perfect Industrials Painted Exterior of Historic Home. They handled everything broken windows, screen repair, tree removal, wood replace/repair, Lead paint remediation. All other estimates I received discussed fines and penalties regarding EPA and Lead Paint. Perfect Industrials was the only one that said if EPA imposed fines for this project it was on them not me. The entire project was completed in a timeframe, I thought would be impossible to achieve and at a price several thousands less than all the other estimates. This project not only overwhelmed me it also overwhelmed other companies I asked for estimates. Some looked never called back, some said project so big it has to be time and materials.
Perfect Industrials gave a very reasonable estimate first time we met. They are very fair and know what they are doing and what needs to be done.
The owner was involved every step of the way, performed most work himself and is professional, courteous, and made an overwhelming project a no worries beautiful piece of art.

Mr. Frederick Shuler III and his crew painted the interior of my house that included ceiling, walls and trim. He also sanded and apply polyurethane to my wooden floors (1st floor entry, hallway, bathroom, kitchen and dining room). In all he transformed my house to look like a brand new house. I'm very pleased with the work that he provided and would highly recommend Mr. Frederick Shuler III to anyone looking forward to having work done on their house.
