We were experiencing a couple of nagging leaks with the roof of our home. I contacted Jake at Perennial Roofing and he came out promptly to see what was the issue. He quickly identified where the leaks were coming from and made the necessary repairs. Jake followed up after the next rain to make sure there were no issues. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to contact Jake and Perennial for any roofing needs.

I called Wednesday night to see if they could look at my roof sometime this week after I noticed daylight in my attic from shingles getting blown off from the recent high winds and with the upcoming rain this week. Jake was at my house a few hours later when it was almost dark to see what the issue was and ensured me he’d get me takin care of soon. The very next day, he fixed my roof just like he said he would which is VERY RARE these days, someone keeping their word. Jake was more than fair with their cost compared to the time he spent fixing the roof. I greatly appreciated his honesty and do whatever it takes attitude fixing my roof. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting an honest assessment of any roof repairs!

These guys are Top Notch. They came right out went over everything then came back to meet up with the Ins. guy got everything lined out and then showed up and cleaned up as they said they would. If you need roof repair or replaced you can’t go wrong. These Morain Boys are Top shelf. PS. They even replaced a few of the ones that had blown up off my house in the wind , while they was doing my in-laws.

I couldn’t be happier with the level of professionalism and customer service I received from Perennial Construction. Calvin and Caleb were amazing and provided excellent advice on the repairs needed after a storm damaged our house. The repairs they performed were fast and high quality. They treated my house like it was their own home and I could tell they cared about the little details that matter. They are a contractor that stands apart from rest of the pack. I rarely take the time to post reviews on socials but the level of excellence and experience that these guys brought to the table is outstanding and worth telling others about. If I ever need to make repairs on my house again I will be using Perennial Construction and would highly recommend them.

We had issues with 2 other dirt companies leveling a pad for our shop. (See first picture) We didn’t think it was savable but Kalen came in and changed that for us. Fixed the dirt work and also poured the concrete for our new porch and shop. Nothing but professionalism from him and his team. Highly recommend if you are needing anything done at your place! Professional work for a reasonable price!

I was having issues with a couple siding panels falling off the house after a bad storm. It was causing water to leak into my master bathroom when it rained. I got in contact with Kalen and he was able to get over to the house within a couple days and not only inspect the issue, but fix the panels and replace the small piece of drywall the same day. Needless to say, the panels haven’t fallen off since and water isn’t leaking into the bathroom anymore. Very satisfied with the service and plan on using him again for a couple other projects.

We used Perennial on an extensive backyard project including lots of concrete, a fire pit, a fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen. The finished product exceeded my expectations! Kalen and his crews were top notch, communicated well, and helped me stay on target with this project. Would definitely use again!!
