We would highly recommend Penny Enterprises to do any roofing project. Our house and garage were reroofed in one day. High quality work! Ken and his son were very easy to work with. All the workers were friendly and helpful and worked very hard.

Penny is one of those companies that you can trust for roof repairs. Their pricing was very reasonable. Something that is rare living in Greenwood Village as there always seems to be a bump in price based on my address. Second, there was zero effort on their part to try an up-sell or try to bill me for service/repair i didn't need. They diagnosed the source of the leak where others missed, made the repairs....done.

Kenneth from Penny Enterprises was amazing! He replaced a small section of siding on our house and it looks great. He was responsive, very professional, and we will most definitely use this company again for any other repairs.

We highly recommend Penny Enterprises. In the fall of 2019 they started working with us and our insurance company to cover hail damage to our roof. They helped us with paperwork, explaining things and getting the Building Permit. They scheduled the roof replacement for the day after the removal of the solar panels and worked hard for 2-1/2 days. They contacted the City for the necessary Roof Inspection so that the solar panels could be re-installed. We appreciated when they came back to fix an attic fan problem on the roof which turned out to be caused by the solar company. We really appreciated the professional way they do business. Our insurance claim check came in quickly. It also covered the removal and re-installation of the solar panels. We were very satisfied with everything.

I had a great experience working with Penny Enterprises after a major hailstorm 2 years ago damaged my roof and siding, causing $12 K of damage. They worked with my insurance company to help manage disbursements, were highly reliable and did very good quality work. They go out of their way to make sure the job is done correctly on both the siding and the roof replacement. I highly recommend them!
