We first discovered Pennington Home Remodel while they were working on a renovation up the street. After speaking with the homeowner—who had nothing but great things to say—we decided to reach out to them for a fence replacement. From the start, they were incredibly responsive, polite, and communicative about the project timeline, including start dates and daily progress. They kept the work area clean throughout and were very respectful. Most importantly, they were trustworthy—something that’s hard to find these days. The quality of their work is exceptional, and their pricing is very fair. We’ll absolutely be calling them again for future projects!

In addition, I want to thank the crew not only for the beautiful fence installation they completed a few months ago, but also for their willingness to take down a few panels to allow for tree removal. Despite their busy schedule and ongoing projects, they generously took the time to assist us. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their workmanship and exceptional customer service.

We recently hired Pennington Contracting to completely remodel our main bathroom after discovering that a renovation done just four years ago by a different contractor was improperly installed. The poor workmanship had led to a major leak, hidden mold issues, and structural damage. Pennington’s team stepped in with professionalism, expertise, and care.

They not only removed all the recently installed tile and subflooring, but also addressed the underlying problems—going so far as to reinforce a major support beam beneath the bathroom. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right the first time gave us complete peace of mind.
In addition to the bathroom, Pennington Contracting installed a beautiful coffered ceiling (Crawford style) in our family room that has truly elevated the space. They also replaced a deck on a rental property, where they identified and resolved issues with rotting support beams that we weren’t even aware.
From start to finish, every interaction with Pennington Contracting was positive. Their craftsmanship, transparency, and integrity set them apart. I would absolutely recommend them for any remodeling or construction project. They are the kind of contractor you can trust to not only deliver excellent results but also to stand behind their work

We hired Matt from Pennington Home Remodeling to renovate our master bathroom, and we’re so glad we did. Not only did he leave us with a gorgeous space, but he was also incredibly mindful of our budget throughout the entire process.

We originally started the project because of some major plumbing issues, and Matt was able to repair everything seamlessly as part of the remodel. His work is top-notch — the quality and attention to detail really show.

If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, reliable, and truly cares about the final result, we can’t recommend Matt enough. Our bathroom has completely transformed, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
