Kyle's team replaced our entire roof recently. Kyle spent a considerable amount of time with us to ensure we received the exact color match that we wanted and discussed suggested improvements that would complement the project, that we were glad to accept. I have experience in the construction industry- and was surprised when an army of personnel arrived right on schedule. The time it took to handle tear off, replacement and repair weak spots in the roof was less than three days. That is unheard of. Some contractors will merely cover up debris at the end of the day and finish cleanup at the end of the job. The crew cleaned up debris EVERY day and also walked and inspected the property for nails, scraps, etc. They paid close attention to protection of our landscaping and adjoining structures. Kyle's team also replaced our entire gutter system along with leaf deterrent covering. The diameter of the eaves and downspouts more than adequately handles runoff as we experienced the day after the installations were complete. Overall, we could not be happier as we were experiencing leaks and no longer have that worry. We have known Kyle for a while and he has handled other projects in our home, one being a burst pipe in the poured concrete flooring in our basement. He is in business for a reason as he is well skilled, knowledgeable and very good at what he does. We are fortunate that honest services, such as Penn York Construction exist today.
