I have been overwhelmingly satisfied with my experiences with Peninsula Heat coming out to service my HVAC system. Dave has been coming out to perform maintenance on my HVAC system over the last two years that was installed back in the late nineties. I have been very impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism in general. Thank you both Dave and peninsula heat for the excellent maintenance work.

Jesse was fantastic! I really appreciate the excellent customer service that Peninsula Heat provides. Shout out to Nancy in the office too. She is a gem. Highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.

Dave came out to diagnose our mini-split. He was very thorough and diligent and brought with him the necessary equipment to detect the refrigerant leak and fix it properly. Very satisfied.

I am a very happy new customer with Peninsula Heat in Sequim. I just had a new Bosch HVAC system installed by Peninsula Heat after my old 20 year system was on its last legs. They handled every step of the way as true professionals. The final installation crew was fantastic too. From taking down the old system to the final install was an amazing 2 day accomplishment.

If you have ever spent any time researching and replacing your current HVAC system you know how crazy it can be. Thanks to Ian their chief estimator he carefully explained the entire process of my replacement choices. Every meeting was on time and every question I called in for answers Ian was right there. I also had Renee their business manager guiding me through the process. She was wonderful and when asked questions she responded back to me with emails or texts immediately.

Joe did an excellent, professional job of installing our replacement Daikin Room Air Conditioner, using the footprint of the previous AC heat pump, with only minor modifications needed. He explained and demonstrated the heater's functions and answered our questions. The Peninsula Heat staff has always provided us with outstanding service and products.

Joe from Peninsula Heat did an excellent job putting in my ductless heat pump! He was very nice and such a hard worker! Will absolutely be doing business with them again.

We spoke to Nancy about our heater not working, despite all indications that it should be!!! She had Tim and Jesse there within a very short time. The problem was not only solved, but we were educated on future trouble shooting should things stop working in the future. Also, they programmed our thermostat prior to leaving. Jesse and Tim from Peninsula Heat worked on my Fujitsu mini split unit last week. Peninsula Heat saved us. Our furnace motor went out during the cold snap and our house temp dropped to 46 degrees. Nancy (service dispatcher) took our call and promptly got Dave, the technician out to our home. This is our second home so scheduling is tight. Dave quickly diagnosed the problem and they ordered the part. Nancy called me as soon as the part came in and got us scheduled for our next visit to our home and Dave was there ASAP and got us up and running in less than an hour. We now have a warm home again. My heat pump went out on the coldest day of the year. I called Nancy and she had Dave out on the same day which was nice so we didn't suffer in a cold home. Dave diagnosed the problem order the parts and Jesse installed them. From start to finish everything was smooth and quick. Great customer service.

Once again, I am both impressed and tickled to death by the quality of service performed today on my scheduled service call. From Nancy in the office and Molley too, to Tech's Jesse and Tim, the communication, listening, and quick determination of my heat pump problem was superb. Jesse and Tim were very knowlegable and new my product well from the Thermostat, to the Air Handler and outside Heat/Cool unit. Everything was addressed and inspection/needed main't performed. Did I mention they are affordable too? If you're not using Peninsula Heating & Cooling in Sequim, WA for your home, you're making a big mistake.

We had a problem with decreased air flow from the main house unit head. Nancy suggested we clean the air filter, and scheduled a house call. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient, and explained the system features, how to problem solve, and we were glad to learn more about it all.
We have had our system for just about a year, and love it!.

We are extremely pleased with every aspect of Peninsula Heat's recent assessment, plans, scheduling and work required for our new heat pump. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous, prompt, pleasant and professional and their excellent work is very much appreciated. I would recommend them to everyone.

From start to finish, this was a 5 star process. During the estimate, they had done their homework and pulled blueprints from county so they give give an accurate price. No pressure. Everything was done as promised. We had our entire HVAC system replaced. During installation Tyler and his crew were so respectful of our home, and so patient with both our special needs daughter and dog (who both wanted to supervise). The new unit is so quiet. So glad we went with Peninsula Heat.

Joe and Jesse just installed a ductless mini split system in my home. They were both professional, respectful of my space and property, pleasant to have around, and the new system is working! My experience with Peninsula Heat was outstanding from the scheduler, the estimater, and finally, the two installers(Joseph and Tyler). It’s too bad all companies and their service personnel aren’t this capable, courteous, and professional.We had a Bosch heat pump installed yesterday and today and we got a top of the line unit with a very fair price.

We had the Bosch mini split/heat pump system installed at the end of August. The whole process went well.The installation crew, Tyler and Joseph werefficient, hard working and respectful of our home. Looking forward to the AC next summer.

I have been a customer of Peninsula Heat since 2016 and have always been very happy with the services provided. Eight years in, and I can authentically say I absolutely love my ductless heat pump system! It works great heating and cooling my three story house, keeping my family comfortable year round. Peninsula Heat performed the yearly service today on my hvac system. I am so impressed with this company. This is the 3rd year I've had them out. Their high degree of professionalism, their thorough inspection of the system and troubleshooting ability when repairs are needed. Their rates are very reasonable. Our experience with Peninsula Heat was fantastic. Will set up our appointment. Ian came out and went over all our options (ductless, use existing ducts but replace the heat pump and air handler) and was very patient answering all our questions. Prior to the installation, we had them clean the ducts. The technician that came to do that was terrific. The installation team (Tyler and Stella) were wonderful and had the job done in the outlined timeframe. Stella showed us how to use the new thermostat.
They cleaned up everything when they were finished. The front office personnel were very helpful. After 18 months we finally have a heat pump that runs and it is terrific. Everyone we dealt with at Peninsula were great and I would use them again.

Joe and Estella of Peninsula Heating and Cooing in Sequim came out to our home and did a full replacement of our heat pump and air handler. They arrived on time, completed the work in the time they said they would, were courteous and friendly, and left no mess behind. Best of all, we have heating and cooling again! The office staff was also very friendly and helpful during the whole process. We would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.

I’ve had Peninsula Heat servicing my old electric furnace for years and their service is GREAT. I called for my annual maintenance appt last week and Nancy had me scheduled within 7 days. Then I had to call yesterday (Labor Day holiday) to make sure they came at the first part of the 2 hr. window because I had another appt the same day. I was called back within 10 min by dispatcher and on-call tech Dave. He said “no problem” about the time requirement.

So their technician Jesse arrived right on time today, and has been very courteous and knowledgeable. I told him that the ONLY problem I’ve had is not being able to change the settings in my old very-problematic thermostat, which I couldn’t figure out for the longest time!
He said, well let’s take a look at it, then took the time to replace the batteries, and sat down to figure out how to reset the days, times, and temperatures (on an old unit he’d never seen before). And he did it! I am thrilled. He could have just tried to sell me a new, expensive thermostat. Jesse also answered some questions I had about eventually putting in a new heat pump unit.

We scheduled the maintenance for our mini splits, and during Dave’s visit he found that we had a leak somewhere in our system. Finding the leak required more time than was scheduled for a regular maintenance appointment. Nancy was very communicative about when we could expect a follow up visit. I really appreciate the text notifications regarding arrival time for appointments. Dave was able to find and repair the leak after ordering a replacement part. He did a fantastic job of explaining everything. Our AC is back to blowing cold air! Thank you, Dave and Nancy!

Tyler, Joe, and Jesse did an excellent job with excellent customer service, I was impressed with their troubleshooting when they ran into some issues replacing the old system, but where able to pinpoint the issue promptly, they also kept me informed every step of the way, you can definitely tell this wasn’t their first rodeo! Peninsula Heat; professional service, fair price, outstanding customer service. You can’t go wrong. What a breath of fresh air in a world of companies where these basics aren’t as important.

Nancy was helpful getting me set up with a service call that worked for us, and explaining what the service tech could do for me and wish list items that needed a consult with a project planner and estimator. The appointment has been set for a month, and Dave showed up on time after a couple of text reminders. The system checked out healthy, but for a capacitor in the furnace that needed replacement; always has parts on the truck. Dave also told me what I needed to install a remote wired temperature sensor on our Honeywell Vision 8000 thermostat, installed by Peninsula Heat several years ago. The people at Peninsula Heat have always been great; fast service, at prices that surprise me. Dave and Nancy were a treat!

Had an installation of a new Bosch heat pump at our Lake Sutherland cabin. Went very well, and works so far like a charm. Way better than the baseboard heat. Joe and Tyler were very professional in their installation, answered questions, demonstrated how to use it, etc. Couldn't have asked for a better process.

Peninsula Heat is wonderful to work with! Nancy in the office was efficient in mailing my service reminder card and in setting up an appointment for my regular maintenance. Then, when Sequim got struck by a big heat wave, she called to apologize and reschedule due to the emergency cooling needs in the area. She and Dave the service tech kept me informed via texts about the arrival time and a helpful reminder to make sure there was clearance around my HVAC equipment. Dave was right on time, and efficient on-site. He donned protective booties to save my floors, explained in detail what condition he found my equipment to be in, and what he did to correct things. Last but not least, Dave reminded me to let my kitties out of the room I had stashed them in so as to prevent sneaky escapes.

We needed service in 2022 during an actual 100 degree week and we were scheduled that same week. This year was different as our fan motor went out. Nancy scheduled us and Jesse came over and replaced the fan motor and checked everything as scheduled. Thanks

After having no air conditioning during the recent heat wave, I called and they sent Dave out for a late afternoon appt. He had the system working within an hour and that includes him running back to the shop for a fan motor. They are all very professional and conscientious to their customers. I would highly recommend them.

Tyler, our technician was outstanding throughout the installation of our new heat pump. He was very transparent about any adjustments that needed to be made and explained everything. He also was very understanding of having to work around my 11 month olds nap schedule. I would 100% recommend Peninsula Heat to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Installed a mini split today in my home and were professional. They showed me the basics of using the unit, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure everything was working properly prior to leaving. They even coordinated with an electrician to run power from the main breaker. Would recommend to anyone!
