We can’t say enough positive things about Anderson Homes. They went above and beyond to be responsive, work though the issues of building on a hill and delivered us an amazing quality home. After interviewing several contractors, and starting and stopping with one, we finally found Anderson. Thank God. They were more than informative, walked us through each step of the project and helped us survive the numerous problems that arose from HOA versus city requirements throughout construction. Caleb Anderson personally mitigated specific issues on our behalf, communicated frequently throughout the construction process, and was the most thorough and creative of any contractor we’ve ever dealt with. All this was accomplished by Anderson Homes while we were in California 1200 miles away. Because of the way Anderson does business, we were able to have peace of mind throughout the year-long process, and when we arrived for our final walk through, we found every single detail that we desired perfectly executed. Our new home built by Anderson homes is truly amazing! We are in the home now and couldn’t be happier! Everyday we marvel at the design, construction, large windows that actually bring the outdoors in.and appreciate how Rick’s team involved us from start to finish in the construction process. In 2009 I bought my first new home in Sequim in Sunland North and in June 2018 moved into my custom home in Cedar Ridge that was built and designed by Anderson Homes. From the first moment I met Caleb Anderson I believed Anderson Homes business model was customer friendly and they would deliver what they promised. Words that defined my custom new home experience from concept to completion were: trustworthy, transparent, high quality, on time, first class, good listeners, on budget, accurate, professional and enjoyable to work with the Anderson team. The finished product is a joy to live in, is well constructed and a tribute to Anderson’s commitment to excellence.

Anderson’s architect, Lindberg & Smith, immediately understood what I wanted in a new home and swiftly and efficiently designed a floor plan that would fit on a lot in Cedar Ridge that had a view of the bay. My honey and I met with Caleb and talked about the quality we wanted in the house and he started to prepare a project manual so a construction contract could be bid based on the floor plan, desired finishes and a firm price. Once the contract was signed and construction started Anderson assigned a Project Superintendent, Garret, who was blessed with exceptional construction and people skills and finished the house on time and within the budget. He used an online website called CoConstruct that kept us informed even when we were traveling. The color and finish consultant, Trisa, had the knack to make the house beautiful and the accounting systems by Trisha were timely and accurate. Overall Anderson Homes deserves a eleven on the ten point scale for producing a superior product.

We could not have been more pleased with our Anderson Homes experience. Our new home build went perfectly, Anderson is like a well oiled machine, each associate and sub-contractor are top notch, professional, responsive, and downright nice to work with. The quality of the build is amazing, we are so thankful we chose Anderson Homes as our builder. I would highly recommend Anderson Homes, and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

On St. Patrick's day we took possession of our new home in Port Angeles. The team at Anderson Homes made all our dreams come true. From the time we first walked into the office until the key presentation, the professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail at Anderson Homes was second to none. We were present only for the last three weeks of construction but because of the project manual and the weekly updates and photos posted to co-construct (an interactive digital website), we were able to follow the construction process from beginning to end as if we were here, not a thousand miles away. We have lived in our beautiful home for a full month now and could not be happier. Everything is perfection. When we came to Sequim we already owned our lot and we had hired a different builder. We were so unhappy with the attitude of that builder that we started the search for another. The first time we met with Caleb we knew that Anderson Homes was just the kind of company we were looking for. Every single person we worked with was so knowledgable, friendly and informative that we were totally confident in the entire process of building a custom home. We recently moved into our new home in Cedar Ridge built by Anderson Homes. We had the opportunity to pick our lot and house model so we were able to make all of our selections and work with the Anderson team throughout the entire process of planning and construction. The team at Anderson Homes is top-notch and were wonderful to work with. Everyone there strives to produce a quality home and we are so pleased with how ours turned out. We really love our new home and we thank them for all the work they did for us.

Anderson builds homes that already come standard with so many good quality products in terms of both function and aesthetics. Our house plan was the Altair and it is very well designed in its layout and details. We are loving the extra wide hallways, high ceilings, and large windows. The kitchen layout with the large island functions extremely well and the soft close cabinets are fabulous. The laundry room / pantry comes with huge built in shelves so the amount of storage space is fantastic. Having a covered outdoor patio is another huge plus. We just can't say enough about how nicely designed and well-built these homes are. We highly recommend Anderson Homes.

My wife and I bought a new home in Sequim, Washington in a new development called Cedar Ridge. The homes there are being built by Anderson Homes. New to the area, we didn’t really know one builder from another initially, but had heard the name of this builder come up a couple of different times. We heard that they built solid, well engineered, well built homes and were one of the better home builders up on the Olympic Peninsula.

We moved into our home 2 weeks ago and our respect and admiration for this builder go up each day we live here. This started on the very first day when we received our keys and initial orientation. A representative from the builder was on hand to walk us around, answer any questions we had and explain all the various systems to us. We were presented one of the most comprehensive, well organized binders I’ve ever seen that covered every conceivable aspect of our new home. It covered every system and every appliance. All of the associated user manuals and associated papers were included. All the various warrantees were included. Every serial number to every appliance was included. They even put together a contact sheet that listed every contractor that had anything to do with the building of our home with contact numbers and the actual people to contact if we ever needed additional information. It was an amazing piece of work that will make things much easier for us in the future should any issues come up that we need to address. We will not have to hunt for anything as it’s all been thoughtfully included. It’s a tremendous resource.

This was our first direct contact with the company. This was day one. It got better.
Every day we spend in this home we discover just how well built it is. The attention to detail is astonishing. I tend to be detail oriented and I appreciate the level of detail this builder showed with even the tiniest of things. Almost every screw to every switch plate in the home was facing in the same direction. Only the truly obsessive compulsive would even notice this sort of thing, but I did and I really appreciated it. It made me feel confident that they probably got the big things, the things you can’t readily verify right as well. It’s comforting and it makes my wife and I comfortable that we made the right decision purchasing an Anderson home.

Anderson Homes has a builder’s representative, Nick Jagger, that’s readily available to answer any questions and address any issues that come up. He’s easy to reach any time day or night and very responsive to any issues or concerns you bring to his attention. There is seemingly no problem, no issue that this man can’t fix and fix in a timely manner. He knows everybody in the business and just who to call if something comes up or needs addressing with any part of your home. His depth of knowledge of the whole building process and of the home building industry in general is seemingly limitless, knowledge he generously shares with new home owners. It will be comforting to know that he’s there for us should anything come up that needs addressing.

If you are researching builders in the North Western Washington area, you should seriously consider a home built by Anderson Homes. The homes are well designed and solidly built. It’s one of the best decisions my wife and I ever made and we could not be more pleased with our new home and the high level of care and customer service that comes with it.
