This contractor bailed on us right before he was supposed to start work..after three months of planning..gathering all materials. We simply asked him several times for a start date..even gave him dates we were available at his request..and because of that he called us "too pushy" and we weren't a good fit...right before we expected him! Unprofessional...bad communication..bullshit reason. We have worked with many contractors over the years and never had this happen. Warning!!@

Kyle and his team recently completed a major remodel and addition on our house—we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. Kyle was involved from the planning process, and collaborated with our draftsman (Mya Helseth, also amazing) extremely well.

Kyle and his entire team were great to work with. I especially appreciated that I was encouraged to weigh in on some of the minor details. Also, Kyle was extremely responsive anytime we had a question. Christian oversaw finial finishes and was kind and easy to work with. Beau did a 10/10 job with our tile shower, and Blain amazed us with his genuine enthusiasm and work ethic.

Kyle’s contractors, from the most amazingly precise and fast framing (K. Waldron) to the electricians (Black Diamond) and plumbers (Jamie Parrish), as well as the other trades, were all too notch.

This remodel was probably my once in a lifetime opportunity to choose all of our own fixtures and finishes, and the end result matched our vision. I can recommend All in One with no reservations.

We have used All In One Services twice over the last few years to redo both of our baths. They do excellent work and there were no pauses during the work. Once they started the job they continued until done. Everyone involved was courteous and they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each work day. All in all it was a pleasant experience and we couldn't be happier with the completed jobs. We highly recommend All In One.

New in town, we had All in One recommended to us by our real estate agent. We are extremely happy with the work (and the price!) that All in One performed for us. They removed a silly wall in the garage that divided the space into two rooms, repairing electrical and wallboard to make it into a usable garage. The big project was replacing a small double door with a large sliding glass door in the bedroom. They did a great job: Clean, responsible, caring, honest. The work was first rate, and we would hire them again for any future project without a thought. We couldn't be happier! Thanks Kyle, Abi, and the rest of the team.

Kyle and his team did a remodel for us and they all did a great job. They removed a wall between our dining and living room, removed and replaced all the doors and trim in the house, and took out all our old carpeting. Highly recommend All in One Services for all jobs big or small. No need to look anywhere else.

I spent 47 years in construction. I'm new to sequim needed a competent builder to do a simple horse shelter. After many years, I am disabled and can't do the work. I chanced upon All in 1 Services , Kyle Fritz and Jimmy, Here are some observations. I did a material take off creating a lumber list and hoped for the best. They are organized, efficient, creative thinkers and problem solvers and skilled craftsmen that floored me with their efficiency. With skills that I have rarely witnessed in all of my experience, they are really good. I know a lot about building and specialize in out of the box solutions These guys got so much done in a time frame I was not expecting , a casual observer wouldn't understand it. Technically , their skillset was beautiful to behold, off the charts and It drizzled and they didn't seem to care. They love their rafter framing square to be exact, which can provide so many calculations that it doesn't seem possible. Wow, everything is square, Level, plumbed and lined, and technically as good as it gets. They don’t take short cuts that most carpenters would take, they just love doing the job correctly and that is a process. There well orchestrated approach creates a flow that seems like they are hurrying, but they are not. I have worked with thousands of contractors and homeowners , and Kyle and Jimmy see what others do not,
This is not Your typical, review, because after what I have seen, a few words wouldn’t cut it. And that would be unfair to them , I’m writing this because these guys are gems and what I've written is what you'll get.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
