Extremely Disappointed-
I drove my brand new 2025 Tahoe an hour away to the dealership I bought it from for its first oil change — trusting they'd take care of it properly. They had my vehicle in the shop for 12 minutes and then pulled it out saying it was done. When I asked to see what kind of oil filter they stock/use at this shop, they refused to show me, and the engine was completely clean — not a drop of oil anywhere. (I’m a mechanic and aware how an oil change works)
Something didn’t sit right, so I drove another hour to a trusted shop, and they confirmed what we suspected: no oil change had been done at all.
This is not only unprofessional — it’s completely unacceptable. I expected better from a dealership I trusted enough to buy a brand new car from.
Do better. Customers deserve honesty, especially when it comes to vehicle maintenance and safety.
I stopped by one morning, on my way into work. I parked near the side of the front of the building. I was looking at a few trucks, which I really love, but due to travel distance every day I need practical gas mileage. So I looked at 2 of the SUV's, but wasn't fond of either. A sales person never came out to speak with me. I was kinda in a hurry but would have had enough time to talk and look at other selections of SUV's that they could possibly get in at a later date or know about getting something in soon close to what I am looking for.
Found the perfect vehicle at Pearson Motor Company! They had quite a selection to choose from but I knew exactly what I was looking for and my salesman, Ray, was extremely helpful! From start to finish, he was understanding and listened to what I wanted to purchase!
Definitely will choose them again! No question!!! Great job Ray! Thanks again!
