My roof looks gorgeous. Ashley in the office was incredible to work with. She made the process easy, explained everything thoroughly, and even came by with color samples so I could be sure I was happy with my choices. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof!

Ashley, Aaron, Jason and the entire team were wonderful! They saved my house from bats in the ceiling! Ashley was very prompt, professional and very pleasant to work with. She gave me quotes in short order and explained the process. Aaron made a special visit to my house after we spoke and came up with a detailed plan to fix my roof. Jason and the great team (all of their employees in fact) implemented the plan and made adjustments to make sure no bats would get in ever again. The last thing you want during the holiday season is to experience a leaky roof. Last week after record rainfall and flooding in our area, we woke up to a wet and warped ceiling. It so stressful. I had no idea of who to call, but when I did a google search, I stumbled upon Peaks Northwest Roofing and I am so glad I did! I called first thing, and Aaron was over within the hour to assess the damage. He inspected the roof and the attic. It was an easy fix, as we found out the previous roof installation was done incorrectly and some of the shingles along the peak were not placed correctly. Aaron fixed the issue. When asked how much I owed him, he said nothing, Merry Christmas! I was speechless! He said he didn't feel right charging for such an easy fix. I didn't think that honest, small-town old-fashioned quality service existed in our world anymore, let alone our town. What a gift of extraordinary service! He even checked in with me within the next few days to ensure the leak had been fixed. When we need our roof replaced, we now know who to call and will recommend them to all of our friends and family. Update: a year and a half later, and the roof and all associated repairs carried out by Peaks have been perfect- until last week when several large branches came down on the roof during the big windstorms. I found that one had actually punctured the membrane, leaving a ragged tear. I emailed Ashley Sullivan (Peaks' operations manager) looking for advice, and she got back to me within a couple hours and then had a couple of their roofers come out the next day to repair the tear with a hot-glued patch. For NO charge!

Working with Aaron, Jason and Ashley was amazing! We had a leaking roof, and Peaks came out to inspect asap and then were able to get our roof fixed and installed as soon as they could (within just 2 weeks which is incredible). Aaron also came out and personally tarped our roof to make sure we didn't continue to have leaks until they could come do the roofing. They removed our old roof, fixed some damaged areas, took down 2 chimneys and installed a new roof in 1 day! Would highly recommend working with them.

Peaks Northwest was a pleasure to work with. Jason and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof. They got here first thing in the morning and finished same day. They cleaned up their mess and then some. We have a plastic type roof over our porch and they even cleaned that off. I highly recommend Peaks, they do excellent work.

Peaks was one of the few roofing companies in the area to be responsive to phone calls and quick to follow up. They were able to squeeze me in before a military deployment which was much appreciated. My house isn’t too big, so they showed up early and got the whole roof done in a day. Roofers were friendly and appraisal and office staff were professional and kind. My new roof looks great and I’m pleased with the warrantee Peaks offered on their workmanship in addition to the product warrantee. Through the whole process Peaks was transparent and offered great customer service. I had Peaks NW do a re-roof on our home that we recently purchased. The home was built in 1910. They did a complete tear off and then put new plywood decking down, waterproofed the entire roof with ice and water shield, put new flashing on, installed a shingle roof and roof vents where needed to help our old home's attic breath better. There was one particular spot on the roof where a leak had developed years ago from the amount of damage evident when we dug into the area of the leak. They developed a solution to address the leak and we feel very confident that we will not have any problems going forward. The team of workers who did the work were great. They worked well together and hustled for two days in the short weather window to finish the job. They also did some needed wood repair on some of the facia that needed replacing. The roof looks great. The cleanup after they finished was thorough as well. I would recommend them if you need work on your roof.

The crew arrived on schedule and quickly got to work efficiently. The teamwork was excellent, everyone had obviously done this many times and it was clear that they took pride in their work. They did a great job without damaging any of our landscaping and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.

These guys are absolutely professional, timely and do quality work. Aaron (one of the owners) took the time to schedule with me and ensured that all nails and debris was cleaned up. The job site was always cleaned up after each day, I looked hard and did not find one single nail.

Peaks Northwest was a great company to work with to get our roof replaced. They were cheaper than most of the bids but used similar, if not the same materials, and their warranty is way better! They finished our roof in one day, which we know isn't typical, but it was amazing. They were courteous and professional the entire time, wore masks and did a very thorough clean up afterwards. Now our roof looks 100x better than every house in the neighborhood and it will be the last roof we ever have to pay for! I highly recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to Peaks with a last minute request for a roof inspection to move along our home purchase. Although booked out many weeks, Aaron was able to get creative and help us out. He tells it straight and was very responsive, both qualities which greatly helped us. I would definitely recommend using their services.

I can't say enough about Aaron and everyone at Peaks. Their bid was right in line with what we wanted. They showed up on time and got the job done perfectly. Even when we ran into a couple of small unknowns once the old roof came off, they made the additions to the job without adding to the cost.

Aaron from Peaks NW was fantastic! He came through for us when our original roofer didn’t. He put on 3 new dormer roofs for us which had complications because of the minimal pitch and it took someone with up to date knowledge and expertise to solve properly. We feel confident in his work and since he preemptively showed his integrity we can sleep easy knowing if we ever have a problem he has our back. He was courteous, professional and informative. Peaks recently replaced my roof, including all the plywood sheathing, and they did a fantastic job. I have a 1200 square foot rambler with a simple gable roof and they completed the entire job in 2 days. Peaks was not the least expensive bid that I got but I was not looking for the cheapest contractor. I was looking for someone who would do a quality job at a fair price and for someone that I trusted would follow up if there were any problems along the way. I also felt that Peaks was installing the best shingle (GAF) over their competitors and their installation came with a much better warranty. I'm glad I went with my gut and chose Peaks. The entire process was easy and problem free and the end result looks great. Aaron even came back after the job was complete and cut in some extra soffit vents so the roof would breathe better. Amazing owners and crew! Site forman knew his job in and out, and ran his crew like a fine tuned machine! Everyone was in a good mood and great to be around! Had to knock down an old chimney while they were working and they were patient with me while we got it done. And even hawled away the brick for us! Workman ship and dilegence can't be beat! A new roof is an expensive proposition, and a very big deal. Our roof was the original that was put on the house when we had it built 25 years ago. Our idea was to make this new roof the last one we would ever need. We chose GAF Timberline, rated at 50 years. This is a very high quality composition roofing in a color they call Black Oak. After seeking some recommendations and several bids, we chose Peaks Northwest to install the roof for us. Their skill and attention to detail turned out to be the perfect match to the quality of the roofing materials.
Peaks kept us apprised of our position on their schedule, and gave us plenty of heads-up on our upcoming installation. They arrived with an experienced crew and completed the work in three days. The crew worked great together and actually seemed to enjoy the work! The site was left cleaner than when they started. We are so happy with the result that we can't stop going outside to look at it. It is the best the place has ever looked, and feels impervious to the elements.

Peak showed up in forse, they had two crews here in the dead of winter, had to strip off two layers of roof on a 2000 sq ft. roof, as well as repair some sheeting!!!!
These guys were 100% on top of every thing ! This job was done in three days !!!! The entire crew was so respectfull , and they were so good at the clean up, not one thing for us to deal with!!!

We accepted the bid and they were out the following Monday, and done on Wednesday.The project was nothing but complete professionalism from start to finish.We had no damage to our extensive decking and landscaping.Owner on site and working with his crew.We have had roofs replaced in the past but nothing compared to the job that Peaks NW did. We are so, so happy with our experience with Peaks Northwest Roofing. Aaron and his crew were incredibly professional and a pleasure to work with. Aaron's pricing was the most competitive in Skagit County, and he did not over pressure us to sign up, giving us time to cross check other roofing companies for certainty.
Prior to our roofing date we had a wind storm; where a portion of our failing roof had a tarp over it. The day after the storm, Aaron called to make sure we didn’t need any help to re-secure the tarp or do any patching to limp through the next few days until our re-roofing date.
When the day came, the crew showed up at 7am and worked tirelessly for several days in a row until about 3-4pm. Chris and Jason checked in frequently to ensure we were aware of the progress, and we enjoyed their friendliness and person-ability. The workmanship is beautiful. The cleanup was thorough. And I’m already recommending them to my friends and family.

After getting 6 different bids on my home re-roofing project and looking them over, I settled on Peaks Roofing. Their bid was in line with most, but I liked the included warranty and GAF certifications. I expected that my home would be disrupted for a few days. (Our neighbor across the street recently had a reroof and it seemed to take over a week.) The Peaks crew showed up on time and in force. My wife and I were amazed at how quickly they got to work removing the old roof, and I was shocked that the project was completed the same day. Since it is Fall, I was concerned that we would get some rain, but it all happened so fast that there was no time for that. The level of professionalism was great, and the crew left my yard, driveway, etc. cleaner than when they arrived. On top of that, during the process, the installers realized that they included some material in the bid that wasn't necessary, and my final bill was reduced by over $500. Not every company would be so honest. I could have saved a few hundred dollars and gone with "a guy my friend knows" -but the roof covers my home, and my investment. I am super happy that I chose Peaks Roofing. I also am 100% confident that if there were any issues down the road, they would stand behind their work. Thank you Aaron and all the crew, well done!

There are so many 5 star reviews for these guys, I figured they were fake...they're not! I called with a leaking roof and Aaron came out to our house the following morning (on time) to take a look at our situation. Once he was up on our roof, he found the source of our leak and was able to fix it on the spot!

Wow! Boy are my wife and I happy about choosing Aaron and Jason at Peaks NW to re-roof our home! Extraordinarily professional in every way, top to bottom. You can set your watch by the time the crew arrives - no guessing. Day one - tear off the shakes on a 2000 sq. ft. home and leave the grounds spotless at the end of the day. Day two - install the new roof and one new skylight, leaving the grounds spotless at the end of the shift. Day three - completion of the roof and installation of two new skylights. Needless to say the grounds were left spotless. The cost was VERY reasonable. To sum it up, extremely professional and the highest quality workmanship. And did I mention the roof is gorgeous??? Aaron came out to inspect my roof after a tree fell on my house from a recent storm. He was amazing. He clearly communicated with me about every detail and didn’t try to push me to do any unnecessary work.
