I had Luke from Peak to Peak Roofing come out for a second opinion on some possible hail damage. He was super friendly, showed up on time, and took the time to walk me through what he saw. He noticed a few exposed nails and even went back up to seal them at no charge, just doing the right thing, which I really appreciated.

What really stood out was that he didn't try to push for a new roof or talk me into filing a claim. Instead, he gave me an honest assessment and said the roof is still in good shape overall. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s honest and not just looking for a sale. Definitely recommend Luke and Peak to Peak if you want someone who’s trustworthy and genuinely helpful.

We are so glad we chose Peak to Peakc Roofing to replace our roof shingles! They took off three layers of shingles, replaced the gutters and downspouts, plus replaced two of our window screens damaged from hailstorms. The roofing crew did an awesome job doing the roof and we are very pleased with the results! They also did a great job with the cleanup. The Gutter Guys did very good job with the gutters and downspouts on our house! Then there was Matt who coordinated everything and gave us the estimate and supplied large samples to help us choose the right color. He was very considerate, friendly and professional!! Luke came out the day after I made an inquiry. He seemed very honest and told me my roof was actually in ok shape and should last another few years. I appreciate that he didn't just tell me to replace, as it was already recommended by our gutter cleaner. When the roof does need replacing I'll definitely call back!

Yesterday, Luke Howard came over to review our 10-year-old roof to determine if we needed repairs or a new roof. We had chosen Peak to Peak Roofing because it had been recommended by our State Farm representative as an honest contractor. Luke did a great job going over our entire roof and even chalking -- for FREE -- a few exposed nail heads. He then explained in detail why our roof was in GREAT shape and should hold up -- barring any extreme weather -- for many more years to come. We chose Peak-to-Peak to replace our damaged roof following the May 2024 hailstorm and were completely satisfied. Luke, who went up on the roof to do the estimate, educated us on shingle types and what insurance would cover and responded immediately to all our questions. Eric, the Account Manager, was great scheduling the roofing crew, communicating a delay due to weather and working with our insurance carrier to make sure everything was covered. Called PtoP to inspect my roof because of concern about small amounts of moisture in attic. Luke Howard came out (free of charge), inspected the roof, made some minor repairs to exposed nails (no charge) and advised the roof was fine and to keep an eye on things. Brian was professional and he took it upon himself to advocate for us in getting some much needed repairs done that insurance didn’t deem necessary.

After the big hail storm on 5/30/24 I reached out to JJ at Peak to Peak, having worked with them previously. JJ came out and was there when the insurance company adjuster was there and his assessment was there was more than sufficient damage to warrant roof replacement. His assessment gave me the impetus to push back hard when the insurance company (well known national company) only recognized damage to gutters. Pushing back led to second roof inspection and within hours a phone call telling me that they would replace the roof. That saved me literally thousands of dollars out of pocket, especially since my house was on the market at the time. A little more info. Ten years ago Peak to Peak replaced my roof on the same house due to hail damage. A little over a year after that when the shingles started to fail, JJ and Peak to Peak helped press the case with a manufacturer that was reluctant to honor their warranty. In that case, myself and several other homeowners that had those shingles were appreciative of the efforts that resulted in the manufacturer honoring their warranty and replacement of the entire roof. Bottom line for me is that I will stand on the integrity of the folks at Peak to Peak and if I ever have a roofing issue again I’m looking to them first.

I had a conflict with my HOA and their roofing contractor. Peak to Peak inspected the roof and prepared a report that was extremely helpful in getting the other roofing contractor to pay for significant damages that they had caused. Brian and Dave with Peak to Peak were helpful and kind at a time when we really needed it. I will happily use them in the future and recommend Peak to Peak to my family and clients.

When a devastating hailstorm hit us in May of 2023, and I looked out at our roof and gutters the following day, I knew I had to file my first homeowner's insurance claim after 30 years of home ownership. Having heard many horror stories about the process over the years, I dreaded the experience. I called my State Farm agent the next day to start the process, and she recommended Peak to Peak and gave me the cell phone of one of the owners. I called him at home, and he had Damon reach out to us the following day. Damon arrived, inspected our roof, and walked us through how the process would work. He said that as soon as your insurance company schedules your claims inspection, you should let me know, and I will be here. We did, and when that day arrived three weeks later, Damon was there and worked directly with the claims adjuster through the inspection process. As soon as our claim was approved and the dollar amount decided, Damon was back with the contract outlining the scope of repairs and explained that they would handle the entire process and that we would not have to deal with any other contractors, as Peak to Peak handles everything from start to finish. And that’s precisely what happened! The experience that I initially dreaded turned out to be the exact opposite. It was a seamless process from start to finish, with a new roof, gutters, window screens, and painting all handled by Peak to Peak. I highly recommend Peak to Peak; Damon was excellent to work with.

I had Peak to Peak come out to do a free inspection after several storm chasers in the neighborhood said there was "visible damage" to my roof. Luke Howard communicated efficiently, was quick to schedule, and was very helpful. We worked with this company in the past so decided to hire them again for some roof work and house painting. Bad decision on our part. The company does not respond in the timely matter. Our project has been dragging on for months and months. Still no final invoice, no painting. Save your time and hire someone else.

My experience with Peak to Peak is a little different than most. They were the contractor that replaced a full condo complex roof. All 10 buildings. My client was moving into the complex, but with lending guidelines, we had to have prove that the job was complete. I spoke with Eric and he 100% saved the day for us! He was able to pull together the necessary document in order for us to close on the home. His responsiveness, reassurance and friendliness will not be forgotten. Brian was recommended by my insurance agent after a hailstorm damaged our roof and siding in spring 2023. He was super informative about the process of working through a claim, and continued to touch base throughout the year-long process of replacing the roof and siding.
Though there were issues getting insurance approval, and some struggles with a sub-contractor work that needed redone, Brian remained a constant point of contact and pushed hard to make everything right in the end, and we are very pleased with the result! Brian went above and beyond by helping us choose a different color siding when Insurance was originally not going to cover that, as well as upgrading our shingle on the roof when supply issues meant we'd have to wait longer to do the replacement.

I had the pleasure of working with Brian and staff from Peak to Peak Roofing and Exteriors. Had some hail damage to my house like many others in the Denver Metro area. This entire company is outstanding. From my first conversation with Chris regarding an estimate to getting dollars to the right place at the last, all my questions were answered in a timely and accurate manner. Information I was provided regarding cost, materials, and timelines was exact. And if I had a question I'd call Brian and have an answer usually within an hour. Additionally, this outfits understanding of the insurance process made that part painless. I quickly realized this company actually has the best interest of their clients at heart. So instead of me worrying about the project, I let Brian and company take on the role of worrying. I did not need to do that. By the way the roof part of my house repair was complete two weeks (in July following late June hail damage) after I first called Peak To Peak. Many of my neighbors, using other contractors, are still finishing up their homes and it is now December. The heart of company such as Peak to Peak is their subcontractors. In my case that included craftsman dealing with gutters, roof, and reconstructive painting. All these subcontractors were outstanding. I feel like all of the subcontractor crews did quality work in the shortest possible time causing me little if any hardship. The subcontractors always checked in and explained anything I might ask. The great thing is if I wasn't sure about something I would call Brian and have an answer in a few minutes. If you read the other reviews on this page you will see similar comments about Peak to Peak. As an old guy, I have a few numbers on speed dial for emergency situations. This includes an outstanding plumber and electrician. Based on my positive experience with Peak to Peak Roofing and Exterior I am now including Brian's number for roof and exterior house needs.

Peak to Peak was excellent at not only replacing the roof for which the labor only took one day for our 5 bedroom house but Damen Vagge worked through all the issues with our insurance company and got the insurance company to provide additional coverage. I am extremely pleased with the work, the insurance company negotiation, all the provided information and excellent responses.

This is the second time in 5 years that we have used this company for new roofs and additional exterior work due to hail damage.

Damen Vagge at Peak to Peak was an absolute pleasure to work with. After our home was hit with the May hailstorm we weren’t sure where to begin to assess the damages done. We reached out to Peak to Peak and Damen showed up the next day and throughly talked us through the damages. We then reached out to our insurance and Damen came back out to meet with our adjuster. Once the insurance process got started Damen handled all the project scheduling and worked with our insurance directly to ensure everyone was on the same page. In addition, he stayed in touch with us throughout the entire project so we knew the exact dates on when each project would be started and completed. I wouldn’t hesitate reaching out to this company and asking for Damen specifically. He turned what we thought was going to be a nightmare into a very simple and easy process. We will definitely use this company in the future.

We needed new roof and gutters after the hailstorm on June 21. We had two other companies come out to give us an estimate. One wouldn't give us one without knowing how much the insurance company was giving us and the other said he'd get back to us. My nephew had to have his roof replaced recently so I called him and asked who he used. He gave me Brian Dyson's number at Peak to Peak and told me what a great job they did. Brian was out the next day and two days later we had a detailed estimate. They were here within two weeks and the roof was done in two days and the gutters in one. We are very pleased with the work and would recommend Brian to anyone needing a new roof/gutters. Whenever we had a question he was prompt in returning our calls and the entire process went smoothly. Damen form the first meeting went above and beyond. He spent extra time making sure all of our questions were answered and always made sure that we were 110% informed on what would be happening next and when. Damen did all the dealing with our insurance company and made this whole process of house painting, a new roof, water damage repair and gutters seem way too easy. Every single person that showed up to do any kind of work was kind, respectful and did work that far exceeded any expectations I had. I will never hesitate to reach out to Damen if I am ever in need again.

Terrible company to work with. Nothing but excuse as to why they could not hold up their end of the deal. They didn't put our roof order in for over a month after we had met, and when I asked why they refused to give me an answer. They were so rude and unprofessional! Do not bother with this company. They refuse to answer emails or return calls and then try to act like they are doing everything they can to get the roof done - oh really then why did it take over a month to place the order!??!?! They wasted over 2 months of my life and I still do not have a roof! Garbage absolute garbage of a company!

We had to have our entire roof replaced due to hail damage. Our insurance agent recommended Peak To Peak and made an introduction via email. They immediately responded and Damen Vagge came by our house the following day. He was professional and extremely helpful in working alongside our insurance adjuster throughout the entire process from start to finish. Anytime I had a question or concern, I'd send him a text or an email and he'd respond right away. We had zero issues and the job was done quickly and professionally.
