I had multiple companies provide free advice about the damage that occurred after a hail storm. Most wanted us to make a claim. Only Luke Howard from Peak To Peak offered the honest and real life truth about claims and adjustor negotiations about our roof and provide a free sealing service to overcome a leak that resulted from the storm. I called them on Thursday to come out and fix a broken attic vent for me. Was told on the phone that they would text me for my address right after the call and would be able to come out late Friday morning. Never text me. When I called back in the morning, they finally text me. 5 hours later with no update or person showing I had to reach out again and was told they were on the way back to the office then would head to me and send me an eta. 3 more hours of waiting with no response/update all the while my wall still had water leaking into it from the rain. Unprofessional across the board. My wall suffered more damage and I had to pay weekend rates for someone else to come fix it. If you don't want to do the work just say that so I can hire an actual professional to do it. Cost me hundreds of extra dollars in after-hours repair cost and more wall damage just because you tried this string along BS.

I liked they actually helped me. They charged a lot to fix my siding. I had 2 prices of siding that ripped off my house. They didn't get new siding, but just put the old ones up, which was fine, but $300 and I didn't get new siding is a little much. I paid them, but I didn't know how much it was going to cost until afterword. I think $300 to fix siding already there is a little much. All I needed was a tall ladder, and I could have done it myself.

Peak to Peak installed a roof on a home that I owned. They were responsive and the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

Peak to Peak painted all of the soffit and fascia on my house. They did a great job and were efficient. I'll be using them in the future.

Contacted Peak to Peak on Sunday during the heavy rains as I had a drip in my ceiling in the primary bedroom. Chad came out, and initial inspection didn't turn up much in the way of results. He wound up crawling through the attic to find the source where the water was coming in and went back up on the roof for another look. He finally found one spot where a shingle had torn and lifted up. Said I could fix it myself cheaper than it'd cost for him to send someone out. I had caulk on hand and he just fixed it himself, no charge. That's such incredible and honest service, I was extremely happy with it. The least I figured I could do was drop a positive review. I'd gladly do business with Peak to Peak again any time.

Hail damage was replaced in a timely fashion. They fight for your house to your insurance company so everything gets done the right way.

Chad with Peak to Peak Roofing came by today for a roofing inspection/estimate about an hour after I requested the estimate online. He was very professional and talked me through the roof replacement process as far as inspection and working with the insurance companies. He discovered that my older (15 years) roof was in good condition still and did not try to force a sale as he did not feel the insurance companies would accept the claim. I highly recommend this company, but specifically want to thank Chad for his help and advice. I will definitely be using this company when my roof does need replacing.

Asked for a quote and they right off the bat let me know that the price would include building code fixes since the original roof was put on. They took the time to explain those and what they were for. I was highly impressed, even before they went over the yard a third time to ensure nails/staples were removed since we have pets. Update: still no leaks since new roof install 6 months ago.

Chad’s crew took just one day to reroof
- my 1600 sq ft house,
- a two-car detached garage (heavily damaged from a windblown sycamore tree),
- an 800 sq ft she-shed, and
- a tool shed.
They took care to clean up all debris.
Came out next day to replace fascia and gutters,
All professionally done, and stayed within my budget.

We had a continual leak in the sun room every time it rained, and had a contractor do repairs four years ago, but the repairs were completed poorly and the leaks continued. I worked with Peak to Peak to plan roof/gutter replacement. Chad was very patient in answering ALL of my questions and did not leave me feeling pressured to work with Peak to Peak while i obtained other quotes. He was also very quick to rework the quotes as i changed details on the job several times. Peak to Peak's prices came in as very reasonable and the attention to detail on the results was great. The entire time the project was being completed Chad's focus was on me being happy with the work rather than on how/when i'd pay. I'd gladly work with them again.

I was very satisfied with my recent experience with Peak to Peak in Edmond. Somebody from church recommended I speak with them about inspecting my property. I actually had the chance to speak with both of them and they were honest, transparent and professional. It’s hard sometimes to believe that a general contractor can have integrity and follow through with things they say. This company actually does! It was my pleasure to work with them and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated fairly and with respect.

Peak to Peak started out great. Came out and gave me an estimate to fix a leak in roof and repaint for $375 to $400. It ended up being $450, and the paint color didn't match. I had given him the paint color our builder's supplied us, but they said that didnt' match. They came back to fix it, and used a color match, and charged us an extra $150 for that service. Had I known, I would have never had them come back and repaint. It cost 3 days of work, since initial fix took them three afternoons of leaving after 10 minutes after my husband took off work. Owner was not willing to work much on the price. Ended up at $550, on a job that was supposed to cost $400. Not happy.

Update: Peak to Peak came back out around 6 weeks later, when my roof was still leaking and fixed the leak. They did not repaint, we did that ourselves this time. But, they did not charge me anything extra, and they refunded me $100 for their previous job that had been over the estimate.

It was great working with the team at Peak to Peak. Daryl handled all my questions thoroughly and gave detailed explanations for every step. He was available via text,email or phone call and answered quickly with each method. The crew showed up early and knocked out the job in 2 days I was very impressed considering how steep my roof is I figured it would take at least 3 days.

I had hail damage from a storm and shopped around for a good honest roofer that would give it to me straight. When it comes to roofs, i dont know what im looking at so a straight shooter is what i needed. I had a consultation from Chad and he was exactly that.
