We ordered a “Softwash” which included: “a 12V pump to apply a bleach or eco-friendly roof wash solution to your roof. This method effectively eliminates unsightly black streaks caused by algae, removes moss, and helps prevent future moss growth. Additionally, our service includes a thorough roof blow-off and gutter cleaning.”

Jakob was very professional, worked very efficiently, and had clear communication throughout the process; he explained each step and what we should expect the next few weeks.
We were also given a rough estimate on the life left in our roof which gave us more peace of mind.

Jakob is who we call on twice a year to clean off our roof, empty the gutters and apply moss control. He always does a great job, and cleans up the walkway and driveway of debris. We also have had him wash our outside windows, leaving them sparkling.
