Arrow Insulation - Mt. Vernon

My experience with Arrow Insulation was very positive. From the guys in the trucks who worked a very long day to get completely finished and especially Alyssa who saved me a bunch of money by making me aware of Puget Power rebates. I can't recommend Arrow Insulation high enough.

I want to add a second 5-star review for Arrow Insulation. During the original work re-insulating under my mobile home they inadvertently caused a water leak that did not show up for 3 months. Immediately upon being notified of this I have been reimbursed for the plumber cost and are sending a crew to remove any standing water under my mobile. I especially want to point out Alyssa Evens who has been with me every step of the way. I also want to say every company should use this as an example of good customer service.

Arrow came and gave us a bid for insulating the crawlspace in our home. They scheduled a time to complete this within that week. They did a great job! Highly recommend them!

Had a crawl space and under stairs air gaps filled and insulation and vapor barrier installed by Chris. Excellent work and clean up. Thanks, I highly recommend.

My crawlspace had an infestation of mice/rats. They had eaten through the insulation and had nests with lots of poop. I hired Arrow to clean up and replace the insulation, duct work etc.
But before they would start work, they wanted to make sure the rodent problem taken care of. Wade arrived to rid my crawlspace of rodents. He is very knowledgeable and is an expert at what he does. He went down there and set traps, sealed off areas that they entered, and when the job was complete, he gave the go ahead for the insulation department to do there job. Wade was very good at explaining the process in detail. Thanks Wade

Arrow Mt Vernon did the best job insulating our attic space. They removed all of the fifty year old insulation and then completely cleaned, disinfected and sealed and wrapped everything thoroughly. They put in new vents to the roof and soffits. They added all new insulation. Jose A, Orlando and Javier did an amazing job. Each day they arrived on time and worked super hard and showed us everything they were doing. They cleaned everything up so well They were so professional. We have been remodeling for four months now and Arrow Insulation has been our best service experience so far. We are looking forward to a warmer winter with our updated efficient new insulation. This company is the most professional, hard working, cost effective and cleanest company I have ever used. Although it’s warmer outside now, the cold air coming up from my crawl space was unbearable last winter. I can already tell it will be warmer this next winter. Thank you to Sarah, Alyssa and April. On insulation work days (2) the crew of Adrian and Javier were fantastic. They worked hard, were respectful and tidy, and did the specified job perfectly. Javier even found a small leak coming from a pipe that could’ve been easily overlooked. If he hadn’t found that leak we would’ve had major mold and structural problems down the road. I was extremely happy with the work that Arrow did in my crawl space. They gave me an itemized estimate, and the cost was $1000.00 less then what a different company had quoted.

Arrow scheduled us next day and was very upfront with their price and services.
Their workers where efficient and professional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. They left no mess and even gave me pointers on installing a hatch door.
Overall it was a good experience. Also don't forget to ask for the senior discount.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ben, Sarah, Noe, Ivan, and the rest of the team at Arrow to complete some work in a pole building I had constructed on my property. I solicited bids from several companies and despite the fact that Arrow wasn't the cheapest I made the wise decision to partner with them to complete the work. My primary decision to go with Arrow was influenced by several factors including positive previous reviews, word of mouth recommendations by local members of the professional building community, and finally the real deal breaker as the way that Ben personally consulted with me about the options and even talked me out of going with a more expensive approach because the ROI wouldn't make sense.

Needless to say I wasn't disappointed. The crew that did the work was pleasant, professional, and efficient and I enjoyed having them at the place while they worked on the prep, installation, and clean-up. When they mistakenly clipped a low-voltage garage door wire they immediately worked with me to get Ivan and a helper out to help remedy the situation in a very timely, no-hassle fashion. Finally, when I voiced a tiny bit of concern over the finish in a small section of the shop Sarah worked with me to schedule a follow-up visit where Ben personally did some touch-up work to my high level of satisfaction. To be honest, the original work probably would have easily met my expectations if I had had a clearer understanding of the process and materials but the fact that they didn't use that as an excuse when I shared my feelings with them was amazing.

Let me close by saying I know service, it is what I do for a living, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arrow to any of my family, friends or colleagues if they were ever in need of insulation, electrical, or pest services.

I hope I never have to do business with this firm again. But if I do, I will look forward to the professional service we had this time. They were prompt in replacing all of the insulation in our crawl space, and had an experienced and well trained crew. Thanks. I give the service my highest marks.

Company was very professional and very helpful. I was quoted the job would take two. The crew here on time went right work and finished the job in one day. Everything was clean and tidy when thy left. I highly recommend Arrow Insulation.

I had both the crawl space and the attic insulated by Arrow. This was done in 2 consecutive days by different crews. Both were nice, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards like they were mever there. I looked at both jobs selectively and it was done just right. I would recommend them for this type of work.

The employees were prompt and swift in getting the work done and well. Very respectful and gave us a wonderful deal to insulate our home. We are now up-to-date and feeling the warmer effects of the work done. I would and will give be more than happy to tell anyone who needs this work done to call Arrow Insulation.

The whole process was professional, from estimate, scheduling to install. The work crew was outstanding! A big job and not too pleasant, but they were in the crawl space and did a great job. They were positive and respectful in all interactions.

Arrow Rep., Josh, came out,went into attic, measured, and quoted the job on-sight. Detailed description which was completed in record time and performed as per quote! They even assisted in getting me pics of a roof issue we thought had been fixed 12 years ago by the company that re-roofed the house.(no longer in business and have learned why, shoddy workmanship!) would highly recommend them. only issue I had with them was the opening for the hose through the window was not blocked off. there was enough material for me to block it off so I did! no worries. Good job would use them again

We had the depleted and pest compromised insulation removed from our attic. Arrow sanitized the space, closed all points of pest access, sealed HVAC ducting joints, sealed attic penetrations (electrical, plumbing and chase ways then re-insulated ducting to R 11 and attic to R 49. Service was prompt and courteous. Overall workmanship excellent. We had a couple ceiling nail pops, which I expected, and one corner of a through the ceiling return air vent was pushed about 1/2 inch down from the ceiling (easily pushed back into place).

We had insulation and electrical work done. The insulation crew did a great job reinsulating our crawl space. They worked quickly and efficiently in a challenging environment. They did great job cleaning up after completing the job. The electrical crew worked quickly and efficiently as well and also did a great job of cleaning up after the outlet installs. Arrow scheduled the work in a logical sequence to allow both crews the access needed to complete their tasks. We had a small issue with the electrical rework initially. Arrow responded quickly and the issue was resolved in a timely manner once it was discovered. Both crews were punctual, responsive and patient with our questions and were a pleasure to talk with. Arrow is a company I would not hesitate to use again or to recommend to others.

Arrow did a good job of cleaning our crawlspace, re-stringing the floor insulation and removing and replacing the vapor barrier. My office contact with Iris was most pleasant and helpful. Oscar and Pedro did an excellent job at our house and were good about cleaning up after the work. Thanks again to the Arrow team.

Fantastic, They were prompt, polite and efficient.
I have an extremely tight crawl space, and they went in and evaluated and took photos, fast estimate. Chose them to remove and replace all of the ducting insulation after sealing all of the ducts, as well as insulate all the water lines, and replace the vapor barrier. Again they were fast and efficient. it looks amazing and I am loving the difference in the efficiency of my furnace.

Was pleased from start to finish with my garage attic insulation job, performed by Henri & Victor, two high-caliber employees of Arrow Insulation. My garage is now cooler during the recent hot weather and am confident will be of a more even temperature in the colder months. This is important to me since my washer & dryer are located there. I have no doubt Arrow can accomplish quality insulation/re-insulation work in all other areas of a home, business or garage at a fair price.

I had Jay Depree come out to my 1300sqft home and give me an estimate, he was knowledgeable and very professional. He presented me a quote on the same day and made sure exactly how the installation would happen and what products would be used. The scheduling staff was super helpful made scheduling my install very seamless. The install team came right when they said they would, did a great job, and I’ve noticed a huge difference already! Jaime and Pedro from Arrow did an awesome job installing my attic insulation! Their working area was clean and they took great care to insure my home was kept clean before, during and after install. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from Arrow. I had Jose, Eprain and Antonio come out to replace the crawl space insulation. They were right on time, finished early and everything was cleaned up when they left. While they were working they discovered the bathtub drain was leaking. Not only did they tell me what was wrong but they helped me fix it to ensure it wasn't leaking before they put up the new insulation. Awesome job, thank you!

I saw no problems with the insulation and sealing work. The 1/4" finished plywood removal went carefully, preventing damage but they were too tired in the home stretch of re-installing the plywood, missing a lot of nailing (for lack of proper nails they should have brought) and putting the plywood on the knee walls with little regard for accuracy.

Actually, we are in Island County, 3 miles past the Deception Pass bridge. Chino and Daniel arrived early, were very courteous and professional. They worked quickly but completely and showed us photos of each stage of the work they did. Very pleasant experience and now our home is warmer. Thank you Arrow!

Two great contractors in one week. I had to replace the insulation in the entire attic of my home. I called arrow insulation and spoke with Jay the manager of the mount Vernon branch. Jay was very helpful and almost immediately after I spoke with him, I received a call from an equally cordial lady that wanted to schedule an appointment for the work. Somehow they worked me in the following week. On Monday, Justin and Efrain came out to remove the insulation. They explained the process and went to work right away. Knowing that there was plenty of mice activity up there in the past, I expected some negative comments. What I found was just the opposite. Efrain was not only professional but very cordial as well. He didn't even mention what must have been a nasty job at best. They did a great job and even let me know of a vent duct that was improperly installed so I could have it fixed. Within a couple hours, they were gone without leaving any sign of even being there. They cleaned up quite well. 3 days later, Carlos and Christian came out to blow in the insulation. Again Arrows employees were fantastic. They did a great job and left my home spotless. Kudo's to arrow Insulation and Jay Depree for making this happen so quickly and effortlessly on my part.

Arrow Insulation updated our attic insulation and fixed the mess under our house which included old insulation plus leftovers from a rat infestation. Christian, Oscar (and Hugo for one day) did an excellent job. They were punctual, extremely professional, paid attention to detail, hard working, and good communicators. They removed the mess under the house, replaced the insulation, tied up the heating ducts, and constructed a new doggy-type door to seal the underneath access for our house. Our rec room was not getting heat, so they fixed the connection to heat vents and checked to make sure we had heat. I would highly recommend this company for any insulation work that you need.

Arrow insulated two areas in my barn/workshop, a clerestory wall and the ceiling. The insulators came on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up before they left. Both teams introduced themselves. They were friendly and helpful. They made sure that I was pleased with their work before they left. In 2006, they insulated our house. I recommend them and have used them twice.

Alexander and Daniel came to my home today to put some insulation into my home. They were very professional, courteous, and what I really appreciated most is that they very effectively communicated the steps they had taken to correct he fact that this area had never been properly insulated. I have dealt with quite a few contractors with this recent home purchase and some have been unprofessional, totally unable or refuse to communicate, and their knowledge and performance lacking but it was a pleasure dealing with Alexander and Daniel. I would highly recommend Arrow to anyone, I was needing my crawl space insulated, exclusion, and a vapor barrier installed. Jay came in and gave a thorough estimate, that was broke down and easy to understand. I had a few bids from other companies, and Arrow was considerably lower! Alex and Mardo showed up early to start, and I didn't see them stop working until they were done...8 hours later. They were both very courteous, and knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job! They cleaned up, and didn't leave a thing behind. A job well done from start to finish.

We had them out for two days. The first to remove the old insulation and the second to add the new. Alex and Efren came out the first day and Alex returned the second day with Hugo. Both days they were efficient and left no sign of being here after they were gone. Job well done Gents!

Arrow's workers did exactly what was promised by the contract. They were very clean as they picked up all the waste, laid protective barriers on the floor and furniture to keep dust and debris contained. They vaccumed inside afterwards. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your work.

Our Crawl Space Restoration went smooth as silk. The two installers, Eddie and Pedro were outstanding to talk to and to count on to do the job right. They were scheduled for a 2-3 day job and finished in one day leaving me free for the rest of the week! I took a tour of their work the day after they left and things look awesome down in the crawl space. No more smell, no more dangling insulation. Everything is wrapped and tied off with nylon twine and clean. Can't thank then enough for their hard work.

Al. Garcia and his crew Carlos m., Sergio m., and Eddy , did an excellent job! They went beyond what I expected, sealing every crack and corner that leaked air into the my home. I noticed a difference right away. I feel these guy's deserve recognition. They even fixed a leak that had caused all the old insulation to fall out. My mobile has been so cold every winter. And now I do not have to worry about the rat's damaging my home. they were very polite, and cleaned up all the big mess under the house. They sealed under all the sinks and pipes coming into the home. They sprayed insulation into the upper attic, leaving no sign of the entry holes. I would highly recommend Arrow and their crew to everyone! I have already got someone set up with them. We live on Whidbey Island, and they always were on time, or I would get a phone call from the office. They are the best!

The initial estimate was done by Jay and included a detailed breakdown of tasks and the cost for each. This allowed a very good understanding of the work to be done (some estimates are just bottom line). The cost from Arrow was competitive.
To the best of my knowledge all the work was completed in a high quality manner with no hassles. The crews were friendly and were careful to use plastic on the floors and use a window for bringing in insulation through the window rather than through the entry door and rooms.
It took three visits by Arrow to complete all the work and each visit was by a different crew. In both the second and third visits, the crew did not seem to have had detailed feedback from the previous crew. One thing that I should not have had to do was this: I personally had to review with each crew certain tasks that had not been completed previously that they were not aware of. Once this was done they graciously acknowledged and completed the work to be done. In my opinion although it seems like a common sense thing for an owner to do (to track the completiion of individual tasks) it should not be necessary. For example if a less attentive owner had been involved some of the tasks may have been missed.

Josh, Jose, Sergio & Alex did a phenomenal job insulating our home. They were very thoughtful of our animals and us throughout the process. They were fast and thorough. Highly recommended.

Angel,Eugenio, & Alexander did a great job removing old insulation, vapor bearer, and sealing up crawl space. 6 months later after other contractors finished their work, Raferel and Eddy completed the rest. They did the walls and covered walls ceiling and plumbing and ductwork with white WMP VR-R for dust surpression. They worked non stop and did an excellent job!
