Very positive experience!!! Professional, quality of workmanship excellent and great attention to detail. Rick kept in touch throughout and made frequent trips to the job site to check in about progress and visit with us to discuss process. Picho and Salvador are clearly experts in their craft and did a perfect job. They were also very considerate, kept a clean job site and were always mindful of keeping our outside dog area clean and closed up after completing their work for the day (this was thoughtful and much appreciated). We were lucky to have stumbled upon this business and extra lucky to have had Picho and Salvador as our crew. We would DEFINITELY use this business again in the future.

Complete Roofing and Contracting provided prompt, professional service when I had a problem with my roof. It was the middle of winter, so I was glad that they came quickly after I called, as it prevented a lot of other potential problems. I have since had no issues with my roof and would definitely hire them again.

Rick was professional and courteous in every way. He evaluated what needed to be done on my roof. Due to a poor roofing job done some years ago, there were now several soft spots. He gave me an estimate that night, and as soon as one of his crews was available, they came out and repaired and replaced the roof. Rick was always upfront about the cost of the re-roofing job -- there were no surprises on the final invoice. I so appreciated doing business with Rick. I recommend him without reservation!

Rick was extraordinarily prompt in returning our call and provided us a detailed assessment as to the condition of our roof. His estimate was detailed and worked with us to break out the work elements so we could choose where to focus our resources. I highly recommend CRC.

During this week's downpour, water began coming through the wall of an upstairs bedroom. After calling several roofers to address this emergency situation, Rick showed up just over an hour after placing a call to his business. He climbed up to the area of the roof where the leak was coming from, found a hole created by some rodent, and had a crew member there within an hour to take care of it and create a way to keep rainwater from being a problem there again--all of this in rapid response time and at a price none of the other roofers offered. And he is such a straightforward, down to earth person, too! I'm so grateful and so impressed, I can't recommend him nor sing his praises highly enough.

I had Rick and his crew replace the roof on my home and a few other siding repairs a little over a month ago. I picked Rick due to his knowledge and being my first time replacing a roof, I didnt know quite what to expect. Things started out well, but trying to pin him down for a date to replace things was extremely difficult. I understand being a small business owner who works outdoors, you are subject to your environment. However, I also needed to be able to plan. I wasn't in a hurry, I just wanted a date to pencil in and plan around. After a few emails, it took me having 2nd thoughts and telling him I thought I needed to look around in order to get a date. I was then given a date within a week. Sadly, I should have trusted my gut and looked some more. His knowledge is great, but once again his communication is terrible. I sent him a message because the crew left my satellite dish dangling from my soffit of my home on the 2nd level. I requested he send someone to fix it as the weight was pulling my soffit down. I never received a response. My roommate had to get wire cutters and cut my satellite dish down to prevent further damage. I had his company repair what he said was failed caulking around a window and replace the siding that was rotting around it. We had a big rain storm this past weekend and I see it wasnt faulty caulking and the problem still remains in the area that was claimed to be fixed. His crew also left me several water bottles to pick up and I am still finding staples and nails everywhere. I am just hoping I find all of them before my dogs do.

I recently found out that I needed a new roof. I called 5 roofing companies here in the valley. Rick was the first one to call me back and to stop by my house to take a look. Our roof looks great. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. They did make one error of not reinstalling a bath roof vent but came and corrected it quickly. All in all very pleased.

Complete Roofing did my roof and did an excellent on. I have about 18,000 sq ft of roof with very difficult valleys and angles.
They spent an entire day just doing one of the difficult angles. It was never done correctly when the house was built.
They always swept for nails and cleaned up before leaving for the day. The workers were pleasant and explained exactly what they were doing.

My wife and I highly recommend the services and staff of Complete Roofing and Contracting. Their estimate was prompt and fair. Their workers collaborated with a solar panel crew in the installation of a new roof under a new solar panel system on our garage. On our house they removed every scrap of old roofing while protecting the landscaping. Even the flower buds next to the house were unharmed. They worked through bad weather and for long hours to finish the job. Great people, professional work!

The Complete Roofing crew came on time, and I got scheduled within two weeks! They also solved the undetected issues before we opened up the roof, and they worked on it continuously for about 5 days and got it done! (2 bed house, 1200sq ft)!! I was so thankful to have it done, so that the other part of the construction could keep going! My neighbors also asked for their business cards after looking at them working!!

The company did several jobs on my home, first siding on 3 sides of my 2 story home, excellent job, working in the rain spring. Next the new Roof, got the 50 year and it looks great in the hot sun of May. The roofers did a great job, cleaning up after themselves and were easy to work with. The next project was a new paint job for the house. Again great job, picking colors and making sure everything was painted. Also new gutters after the paint job. The workers were small teams of workers but they all did a great job.

Rick is Very easy to deal with. Very on top of things and shoots you straight. Very happy with the quality of their work. I have recommended them to others.
