Kodiak Construction & Roofing

I had such a great experience with Bob Gamblin with Kodiak Construction and Roofing when the big storm hit last year.
I went through 4 roofing companies before him. I was completely frustrated. Then I went to my subdivision Facebook page and asked the important question, ‍♀️ “Can someone recommend a good roofing company?” Most of the responses said “Kodiac roofing”! I took a drive around my subdivision and counted at least 13 houses with the “Kodiac Construction and Roofing” sign in their yards. I am so happy I asked the question and paid attention!
Kodiac saved me from a lot of headaches during the storm in 2024. So after last night’s worse storm (3/15/2025), Bob was the first person I got a hold of to ask if he could check out the damage it did to my house. I would highly recommend Kodiak Construction & Roofing! After a massive storm came and destroyed our roof, siding, and fence right before we were about to put our house up for sale, Kodiak was our saving grace. They made us a priority and made an extremely stressful situation much easier to handle. As someone who has not had to deal with the home insurance company before, I had many questions and Bob took the time to explain the process to me and put me at ease. He was very understanding and truly cared about making sure the job was completed correctly and quickly. They understood I was on a time constraint as I needed to put the house up for sale only a few weeks after hiring them. They have remained easy to contact throughout the entire process, even through the entire sale of my home as I continued needing documents from them. They did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with their professionalism and with the final product of the roof, siding, and fence.

I would highly recommend Kodiak to anyone in the market for roofing, gutters, siding, or all of the above. We called them for some roof work, ended up completely redoing the entire outside of our home, and it looks amazing! They never tried to sell us more than we were looking for. The quality (and speed!) of the work was excellent. They're always super responsive, and walked us through every step, answering all of our questions and concerns. I'd definitely use them again if the need ever arises!
