What impressed us most about WCC Roofing was how they worked with our insurer for hail damage. We don't know a lot about roofs or insurance. Jason was a great go-between us and the insurance company and feel he assured we got the complete settlement we were entitled to even after the adjusters inspection.

He went out of his way to ensure pictures of hail damage to my home last year were clear enough to get an insurance claim processed and walked us through the whole process. In addition to our roof, we had him install new gutters and skylights, which turned out fantastic. I highly recommend working with the folks at WCC Roofing! I've used WCC a few times, for repairs and eventually a roof replacement. The work looked great each time and the pricing was always very competitive.

Jason, and his office staff were friendly, answered my questions and communicated with me as the project progressed. The workers were careful and considerate of my flowers and landscaping. The project took several days, but they cleaned up the yard before they left each time. It actually looked better after they left than when they arrived!

Jason is very detailed and trustworthy with his work and not only did he give us a beautiful new roof a couple years ago but he’s so dedicated to the work he does that when our satellite we were no longer using came loose and was hanging over the edge of our roof due to a storm that came through as soon as we contacted him he squeezed us in his schedule right away to come over and help us. They not only took the satellite down for us but took the time to make sure all the shingles were back in place and secure and fixed any damage done. I highly recommend Jason Wacker and his crew for any roofing needs you have!

The work performed was excellent and at a good price. But their communication with my daughter, at whose home the work was performed, was poor. Little attempt was made to inform her of what work was being done and what was going to be done next.

WCC Roofing Company is just great. Jason Wacker gave us good advice and helped us with our insurance claim. He and the insurance adjuster were on the same page. His crew showed up as scheduled and were very pleasant and professional. The old roofing material was removed and a new 50 year product was installed in just one day. There was not a scrap of debris left when they finished the job. They did a great job and our house looks wonderful. We highly recommend this company!

I needed the leaking bathroom vent box, pipe flashings and turtle vents replaced and sealed & the work was done quickly & correctly. Small jobs are often hard to get done. I like to shop locally & WCC responded quickly to my needs. I will look to them when my roof needs replacement.

I couldn’t even tell you how many companies came out to look at our buildings for us. Jason did the most thorough inspection out of all of those companies combined. He came out the same day we called and provided us with a quote that was the best of any that we received.
Phil that did the repairs arrived at the facility parking lot even before me on the day of service. He was so polite and went straight to work with his crew. They worked nonstop until they were finished and left the place clean. He answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. He even noticed a problem area that all of the other countless companies missed. Phil’s work ethic is phenomenal and is the reason we will continue using this company for all of our future needs for all of our buildings.

We had a leak on our roof, it was the ridge vent. Wcc roofing inspected the roof, quote was reasonable. Days later they came by and repaired the ridge vent. I’d like to give kudos to wcc for not only checking and repairing the ridge vent they checked my entire roof, which we found the caulking around the chimney to be old and worn, so they fixed that too. Very happy with their workmanship. I’ll definitely give them a call when it comes time for a new roof or another repair. Thanks

WCC Roofing did my original replacement work and when we had some animals destroy the outside of our flashing to gain access to the attic, they were there pretty quickly with a quote which was reasonable. It looks great!

I can’t believe how quickly they replaced our roof and skylight. We have a big roof and it only took two days to complete. They must have had 20 people on the roof and ground support. I was concerned at the 50% deposit, but they came through and quickly finished the project. They did everything thing they said they would do and didn’t have a bill for any extras after the job was done. Very competitively priced and did what they said they would do. What more could you want?

WCC Roofing installed a commercial dryer exhaust vent in our building's roof. They did a very professional job and were a pleasure to work with. We are a specialty restoration company, and accordingly have set high standards, and WCC exceeded our expectations.

Hi Jason, just a note to let you know the crew that installed the metal roof on my pavilion did a fantastic job. Their attention to detail was admirable and the craftsmanship to manually bend and fold each panel was awesome. I would highly recommend them for any such work.

This review is real, I see your comment. I have videos and pictures and emails from your foreman. Even emails from my insurance company. WCC roofing put a roof on our house. It has leaked in 4 different spots. It ruined our ceiling. They wouldn’t fix the problems once they were found by my insurance agent because they said since someone else walked on my roof the warranty “was voided”. But they came to my house and they were unable to find anything so I had no choice but to seek help elsewhere. Also, when his workers came to my house and looked at the issue, they told me we should get new siding and to hire them because they don’t use Mexicans to do work on houses. So completely racist company as well. The owner yelled at me on the phone and told me the roof problems weren’t his problem and refused to help me even though his company ruined our house. When his workers came back to look at the problem, they even saw what had happened when I pointed out what the insurance agent had found and I wish I would have filmed them speaking the truth since the owner did nothing but deny.

Installer was on-time, very courteous and performed the expected repairs, quickly, on a rather chilly day. Price of the repair was the most reasonable out of several other quotes. I would use this company again.

Great experience with WCC Roofing. I bought a house last year in the High Ridge area and needed new gutters BAD. Holes, leaks, and one spot where the water just didn't go into the gutter, went straight on the ground from the roof.

Jason, the company President, was in contact with me from the beginning. He set up the quotes, appointments, completed the job and had everything done within a week or two. Outstanding and professional service, and the quote was spot on for the service. As someone in a similar industry, and being on the other side of it, it's nice to see companies out there that have and are run by good people.

WCC roofing was great to work with. We had wind damage to our roof, and Jason Wacker came out to inspect our roof, patch it, work with my homeowners insurance company to get them to cover a full roof replacement, and then replace my roof with a much better quality material than we previously had. The work was done quickly, but more importantly, it was done well. Thank you Jason and your crew! The roof looks great and will last us many many years. 5 stars all around.

Our project was fairly simple, but there was one compound mitre joint required and they did a good job making that happen.

Contacted WCC Roofing after a recent storm, that had damaged our roof. Called Jason Wacher at WCC Roofing & he came out promptly to inspect the roof. Since many shingles were missing he covered the areas with a tarp. I contacted my insurance company, to report the damage. They had a 3rd party inspector come out. There was a lot of disagreement of what needed to be repaired. Jason took the time to talk with the adjusters, several times. He sent pictures and then more pictures to them. They, the insurance company, was a big pain in the rear to deal with. After a lot of going back & forth, they did approve some additional repairs. After settling on the repairs, Jason had his crew out to make those repairs. They had very good communication as to when they would be here. they worked efficiently and did a real good job of cleanup. HIGHLY recommend them!!

WCC replaced our garage roof. They were quick to get out and give an estimate and they were able to book our job and get the job done quickly. They tore off the old roof and installed the new roof in one day. The workers were great., despite the temperature being over 100 that day.

I had Jesse with WCC Roofing out to do our bid. He was very respectful. He answered all of my questions and gave me more knowledge about the different types of roofs that they could install. We chose the Atlas single. WCC Roofing informed me when the roof came in and when they where coming out to install it. The guys showed up on time and where extremely hard and safe workers. I was very impressed on the job and the clean up. Thanks again for the great job.

Last September we had a whole new flat roof installed on our 4-family building. I waited 6+ months to write this review because I wanted to assure it was a-ok. No issues, what a relief! From quote to post work we’ve been very happy with communication, timeliness and professionalism which I find lacking in this industry unfortunately. The owner Jason has stepped in on a concern and handled it like a pro. He cares about his business and reputation and is something that is admirable. Lucky for me I feel we won’t need roof work for a while since the warranty extends so long but if I did, I’d use them again in an instant.

WCC was able to complete my hail damage repair after I had been strung along for over a year with another roofing company. Jason was professional and honest during the inspection. The work was completed within 3 weeks our the initial meeting. They will be my first recommendation to anyone with roofing needs.

WCC did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and how they said it would be done. They did not have to be “babysat” so to speak and their process was very neat! They left no mess and we have only found one nail, which was on our patio, they ensured the driveway was nail free. I would recommend WCC!

Update 2-17-22: After three years with the new roof we're still experiencing leaks. Will with WCC and his crew have come out to our place over 12 times now to try to track down the leak, but they still haven't fixed it. Now they are no longer taking our calls. Please use someone else for your roof repair.

We contacted them to completely rebuild our roof and to install TPO for a walk out portion of the roof. The first day their crew didn't show so we had to reschedule the other contractor we scheduled to come out and install the railing. The next day a different crew came out and quickly and efficiently installed the shingle roof the next day.
When they came back to install the TPO, I found out that the new crew was doing this kind of work for the first time. The owner Jason showed them what to do, but then wasn't around to supervise this new crew. It was installed and we were ready to be done.
Then our leaks came back... So they sent out the same crew again and they patched some things.
Then our leaks came back... So they sent out a different crew to patch some things and repair some shingles that had already started to fall off.
Then our leaks came back... So they brought the owner out on one day and his second crew back another day to make more patches.

They have been very good at coming back out and fixing mistakes (why I haven't given them a single star) and I'll change my review to three stars when my roof stops leaking. They're not a shady company as far as I've experienced, but I'm tired of my wife and I having to come home from work to have them come back up and take another crack at it.

2024: Second time using WCC, highly recommend ! Roof & Siding, stayed in budget for insurance claim payout.

Took the time to advise on the best options, competitive prices for top quality product. Installation completed same day, professional and very well done, clean up was fantastic. Would highly recommend WCC to anyone, good people !
