I was extremely satisfied with the work and the courteous way in which I was treated. I would highly recommend Chris and his company.

Our roof started leaking yesterday morning. I called and left a voicemail last night and asked if someone could come out and help us prior to the storm hitting. The owner of the company called me back. He got our information and said he would do his best to fit us in if there was a break in the weather. There was a break in the weather just after 7 and he showed up at 7:36. They went above and beyond and I’m so thankful. These are hardworking, trustworthy people and that’s hard to find these days.

Came out and did an excellent job on replacement of a few bad boots and plywood along with shingle replacements. Very professional and excellent work.

Had a leak that another contractor was unable to fix. Called on Monday and they came out that day to look at it and give an estimate. Started work on Wednesday and had it fixed quickly. Everything cleaned up and no more leaks! Very quickly.

Chris Lambeth is a rare contractor. He tells the truth, gives it to you straight, and backs up his work. We had an intermittent leak after the work was finished. Chris came back and spent two hours on the roof with a water hose. Found it was blowing water, and gutters solved the problem.

Chris is one of the nicest and outgoing people that I've ever met her goes above and beyond for complete strangers and takes pride in all his work

Called Chris to have roof inspected due to 3 leaks noted inside house over the past year. Cresent roofing came highly recommended by a neighbor. Chris took the time to look inside house at issues and then got up on roof to evaluate shingles. The whole time explaining why there might be problems with leaks. The roof had a significant amount of pinestraw that we have been unable to blow off. He took the blower and cleaned the roof!!! Chris knows what he's doing if you have roofing questions call him.

Very professional group. Prompt and courteous and easy to work with. Everything was done in just a few days and they cleaned up after themselves. I’d use them for everything if they offered services for everything!!

Chris was great! Had a couple of hiccups with his crew, but Chris handled them and resolved them in a timely manner. Roof looks great, windows look great, soffit and trim look great. I'm going to share a short story about Chris Lambeth CEO a humble gentleman who helped me in the time of need. I ran out of gas and didn't know this guy from a can of paint. He took time of his job and overseeing his profession to help me out. If you can do that for me and don't know me I can only imagine how you treat your customers. After a recent hail storm, there were so many roofing companies in and out of our neighborhood knocking on doors, but most seemed like used car salesmen (no offense to anyone in that career path). We had one of them look at the roof and were told we had damage, we filed an insurance claim, but then found out the guy wasn’t licensed and insured so we quickly ended our dealings with him. The problem was that we didn’t really know where to go from there. However, by God’s plan we ended up getting referred to Crescent Roofing through a friend, and we dealt with Chris Lambeth. From there it felt like a HUGE weight was lifted!!! He is the most helpful contractor I’ve ever dealt with (if you’ve ever dealt with contractors you know how important that is!). He was professional, punctual, reasonable, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. This man not only knows the in’s and out’s of his business, but also how to deal with an insurance company, which was exceptionally helpful since I do not!! He was helpful in giving advice, but reserved and not overwhelming or pushy at all. Simply put, we wouldn’t use anyone else! Thanks Chris!!

WOW! Just a great contractor who does outstanding work! Went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed the right way. Chris came out to my house after he was recommended by neighbors after a hail storm in my area. From start to finish, Chris was honest and communicated extremely well. Any questions/concerns about anything (even if it wasn’t directly related to the work) were answered quickly with accuracy. I was never mislead and all the work was completed on time with 100% quality. Apart from Chris, all other personnel was amazing! Definitely keeping their contact information to make them my first call for any outdoor contracting I need.

Chris was terrific. He responded to my request for a total roof replacement VERY QUICKLY. Later that evening I had a thorough & clear quote that identified everything his crew would do. After I had 3 quotes, I chose Crescent. I liked Chris and he was the low bidder as well, by a few hundred dollars.
Just one week later I had a new roof!!! His team was awesome. On day one they removed everything down to the wood, replaced a number of rotted areas, put down the modern day “tar paper” (WAY better than the old black stuff), put down the ice & water barrier and carried and positioned the shingle packs all over the roof. That was day one. Oh yeah, when I got home that evening there was NO MESS in my yard or property. That was impressive.
Day two the shingles & roof vent were completed before I returned from work! Again, VERY impressive. My roof was done! Chris came by, asked if I was satisfied, walked the property with his magnet (looking for nails that might not have been picked up) and took pictures. I WAS TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH CRESCENT ROOFING and can now highly recommend them. A week or two ago we had that driving rain storm here in Lexington and there were, of course, absolutely no leaks. The new flashing around my brick chimney looks wonderful and, as other reviewer‘s have commented, his team spray-painted my white PVC vents black so they are hidden among the shingles now. A nice touch.
In summary Crescent Roofing was:

Chris was excellent and exceeded my expectations, He answered all my questions and made me feel at ease since I’m an out of State home owner I was concerned about the possibility of hiring the wrong company? but Chris explained the whole process from start to finish and got my new roof done within a couple of days! The pictures he sent me from start to finish were amazing I’m so glad I chose his company! Highly recommend!

In a word Fantastic! I got a metal roof instead of a shingle. Chris was able to communicate with the Insurance Adjuster exactly what we needed. Other companies may be more cost efficient, but Chris will give you a fair and honest price.

I called Chris on Monday and he said he’d come by in 2 hours to check our roof. He gave us an estimate and I told him when could he start. Chris said was Thursday good. They showed up early and started working. We knew it was bad so took an extra day but we have an awesome roof with a lot of care put into. Was able to sleep last night knowing our roof wouldn’t fall down on us! Wonderful man and crew!!

Chris and his crew did and amazing with my roof. I didn’t believe it when he told me they could get it done in a day, but they did and with great quality. It was a great experience from start to finish. Though he was late to an initial appointment, Chris explained the situation thoroughly and came after normal hours to still come and look at our roof. After getting a referral from a friend, visiting the site and reading all the rave reviews, I decided to go with this company.
I called and left a message on 5/15 and called again on 5/16.
On 5/16 I got an answer.
The phone call was short as I am in North Charleston and I was told there are plenty of roofing companies between Columbia and North Charleston...
By being the biggest little roofing company in SC I figured they covered the state.
Needless to say I was disappointed in their answer but I do have another roofing company coming to do the work.

Had my house up for sale and the buyers inspector said the roof needed to be replaced for hail/wind damage. Called Chris and within a week he had handled the insurance company and had a brand new roof on the house and I only had to pay the insurance deductible. Great work at a great speed.

I have used them as well and picked up 18 beer bottle tops in the yard and waited over 2 months for them to finish a shoddy job.
