I had Peak over to do a custom quote on my back sliding door. The company was very communicative overall, making sure that I knew what would happen during the visit. Ryan, the representative who came to do the quote, was incredibly friendly and willing to explain everything and answer any questions. Not only did he listen to what I needed and suggest what we could do to address my needs, but he took the time to explain the reputation of the company and the lifetime warranties they provide with their work. I knew I wanted to replace the door within the next few years but more got the quote out of curiosity to start planning for it. However, I was so impressed with the company and the care that Ryan took that I felt ready to get the process started now! Based off my interactions so far, I’m confident I will be incredibly pleased with the door itself and the process to get it, and I’m confident that if something does happen to go wrong, they will work hard to make it right. I plan to update this review when the work is completed this summer, but so far I highly recommend Peak Custom Remodeling Corp.

Edit for after the installation - they were very communicative throughout the whole process, and my door was ready quicker than I anticipated. They quickly scheduled an install and came over to do the work. The workers were efficient and considerate of my home. They did a great job - I've not noticed any issues with the installation as of yet. Overall I've been happy with the work Peak has done for me!

We have spoken with several roofing companies and found the staff at PEAK was extremely efficient and explained every detail when it came to our roof replacement.
Their presentation made us feel comfortable that we were making the right choice. Their pricing was also a big factor.

Tony was honest and got all of our questions answered. He even called others in the company when he didn’t know something related to installation. PEAK provided a fair estimate and we are excited for our new siding. Other companies came out and didn’t do exact measurements which would have made us have costly change orders. I don’t believe we could have had better service from anyone else.

Peak Custom remodeling provided a quote and answered all of our questions for siding. Tony Gage was well informed on the products he was talking about. He was even able to say I don’t know, but I will call the person now who does know. I would recommend them for your remodeling needs

The Peak representative, Kevin Phu, was very thorough in his presentation. He explained in great detail the benefits of using his company to have a new roof installed on our home, and was very personable and professional in answering all our questions and responding to our concerns.

I was very pleased with the customer rep and service. Very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Took a few months to get my order in because it’s all customized. When installed, took about half a day. I had door and shutters replaced and added a storm door. They did a great job! My dog probably enjoys the storm door more than us. The team was very helpful, answered all my questions, very responsive, and I would highly recommend their services.

Update (belated): our door was installed and looks and works great! They were very good about keeping in touch and keeping us updated until the door was built and scheduled for install. The crew was professional and quick. No complaints. They cost a bit more than some of the other options out there but the job was done right the first time and I have confidence they would be responsive if I had any issue after installation. Overall, positive experience.

We recently hired Peak Remodeling to replace the roof on our house, which was built in 1935 and has multiple gables. From our initial communication with them to the completion of the project, we were very satisfied with their high level of professionalism and commitment to quality.

During our initial meeting with the sales representative, Keven, he walked us through all our options in terms of aesthetics and materials. He took the time to answer all our questions with full transparency about pricing along every step of the way. It’s worth noting that Peak insists that both spouses be present during this initial consultation, which we appreciated given how important it is for a couple to both be fully on board before proceeding with a big project.

When the roofing crew came to do the work, they did so with minimal disruption to my day, for which I was grateful since I was working from home at the time. They kept in touch with us during the project and were flexible when we asked for slight changes to the job. They were very thorough when cleaning up debris—we have not found so much as a shingle fragment or nail around the house since they did the work.

We could not be happier with our new roof. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail are evident both from afar, increasing our house’s curb appeal, and upon close inspection, including around chimneys and vents. They cut no corners when it comes complying with local building codes as well. Our new roof is a huge improvement over the old one. The materials are of a higher quality, all the old water-damaged roof slats were replaced, and the roof now includes ridge vents that circulate the attic air much more efficiently than the old temperamental attic fan ever did.

The fact that the roof is protected by a lifetime warranty makes us even more secure in our decision to go with Peak Remodeling, so much so that we have just contracted them to replace the windows and door in our sunroom.

D’Ron had Awesome customer service, He knew the products thoroughly. Very detailed oriented and also well groomed. It matters the appearance when approaching my door. I hope to work with you all in the future

Great service, they are experts in sidings. They explained the material, cost, etc. Flexible in starting date and payment plans. Strongly recommend them.

Peak replaced my front bay window along with some minor work I needed done to my roof. I had an initial consultation and was given all pricing and timeline upfront. No surprise costs. A foreman came during the 2 day repair/ installation to make sure everything was running smoothly. After the work was completed, I had a final inspection to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Exceptional service! I will definitely use Peak again!

They were super responsive, worked quickly, left everything super clean, and then made sure to follow up to make sure I was happy with the results. They were very accommodating of our situation. Worked perfectly for us.
