I recently had my little mountain home in Golden opened up into more of an open floor plan, and I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the work Ron and his team at Peak did. I've lived here for over 20 years, and while I loved the charm of the place, the layout always felt a bit cramped and closed off.

Ron took the time to really understand what I wanted — not just knocking down walls, but opening up the space in a way that made it feel lighter, more welcoming, and still true to the character of the home. The crew was respectful, careful with the old wood beams I asked them to keep, and very tidy throughout the project. I can’t get over how much brighter and more comfortable it feels now. It’s honestly like falling in love with my home all over again.

I had my engineered hardwood floors redone by Jacob, and the result was better than I hoped for. The floors in my home were very worn when I moved in, and I finally decided it was time to upgrade. A friend recommended Jacob, and I’m really glad I listened.

Just had the siding on the house replaced and painted, and Jacob made this experience go smoothly.

The old siding had seen better days — faded, cracking in spots and the paint was peeling bad on the north side; and some little made a hole and a nest in my wall. Now it looks clean, fresh, and way more put together. They're helped us pick a siding that actually fits the place better than what we had before, and we just needed to buy paint.

Everyone showed up on time, worked steady, and they swept the property for nails and debris at the end. We had a little stretch of windy weather out here near Castle Rock, but they kept things moving and didn’t cut corners.

Got my hardwood floors replaced last month and honestly, I’m still stoked every time I walk in the house. Big thanks to the team — they crushed it. The old floors were beat from who knows how many winters and tracking in slush, especially by the back slider.

We had our basement finished recently, and working with Ron and his team at Peak was a really positive experience from start to finish. It wasn’t a small job — they framed it out, added a full bathroom, a guest bedroom, and a living space with a little wet bar — and they handled everything really smooth.

What stood out the most was how down-to-earth and responsive Ron was. Anytime we had a question or wanted to tweak something, he got back to us quick and always gave honest input. There were a couple small hiccups along the way (what project doesn’t have a few?), but nothing major, and it all got taken care of no problem.

We had some friends come out for a weekend climbing trip in Clear Creek, and they stayed in the new space. They couldn’t believe it used to be unfinished — said it felt like a whole separate apartment.

Kelly and her crew at Peak Builders built a new deck for my place in Littleton, and I’m honestly super happy with how it turned out. They used Trex like I asked, and the stain color ended up looking even better than I imagined. The whole thing feels sturdy, clean, and well put together — no weird gaps or uneven boards like I’ve seen on other jobs

I really appreciated them cleaned up some old debris under the old deck that I didn’t even ask about. Kelly was easy to communicate with and kept me posted when we had a couple of rain delays, which I get — it’s Colorado, weather does what it wants

Jacob and his guys did a wonderful job remodeling our duplex. Once we furnish the units it will be ready to Airbnb. We really appreciated the guidance from their engineer and architect. We know guests will love the second story hot tubs with the mountain view; It's definitely the cherry on the sundae!

When our units start generating revenue, it would be cool to add more features like a pergola deck and sauna on the ground level. If they ever decide to work in Florida, we'd love to use them again!

We first started with a small bathroom remodel in one of our properties which came out to be stunning. The tile setting in all the finishes came out symmetrical and beautiful. We then offered them to remodel our kitchen in the home that we live in and they were there A To Z with beautiful designs at no charge that depicted what we wanted, but in a visual and more realistic way, prior to giving them the greenlight. From there on the cabinets, countertops, backsplash and all the plumbing and electrical fixtures came out so beautiful that I feel like I’m walking into a magazine photo every time I enter my kitchen. I hired Peak Builders and Roofers of Denver to install two ingress windows in my basement. It was a pretty major job that involved digging out and cutting through the concrete foundation, so I knew it wasn’t going to be cheap. That said, once the permits were approved, the process moved along faster than I expected.

The crew was professional and stayed on schedule. They kept the worksite clean, showed up when they said they would, and didn’t leave any mess behind.
